Eric and team are great! The battery on my laptop went bad and I brought it into One Stop for repair. Eric quoted me a very fair price and had me return the next week when the part was delivered. After opening my laptop he realized the battery was badly puffed up and may have damaged other components. He called me for permission to continue because he was concerned he might not be able to repair the laptop once he started the process. I really appreciated him keeping in touch and getting my okay to proceed. He only gave the operation a 50:50 chance of success, but it was do-or-die so I told him to go for it...and he succeeded! I came here on a family recommendation and was not disappointed. The power/lock screen button on my Samsung Galaxy A20 wasn't functioning properly. I had been using an app to lock my phone screen and was diligently charging my phone to make sure I could keep using it. This lasted for about a couple of months until I was too tired to plug it into it's charger one night. All I had to do was give them my phone and they had it fixed like new the next day. And the bill was pretty cheap, too (better than being charged $100 more if I had taken it to an actual phone store). This place will definitely be my go-to for electronic repairs. read more

We were having issues with the gaming PC that we built for Christmas for my son. We could not get the Windows 10 64 bit version to download onto the machine.
