From the minute you walk in, you don't feel welcomed. The two employees/owners keep a close eye on you as if you're about to rob them. For one, the shelves were pretty empty, so there were slim pickings to steal. We only stopped there on a hot day to get a cold drink. However we were disappointed to get Powerades that were barely colder than room temperature. Moreover, I swear my cap didn't snap the seal as if it's been opened. Stopped here based on a YELP five star. Asked the guy if he was "the beer guy", in which he said he was. He offered some great advice on what they had in the chiller, and I have enjoyed each and every one. They got a walk in fridge packed with even more beer to meet the eye. There selection is so big its hard to go in and choose something quickly. I end getting stuck there for a few minutes trying to find some thing to get. Luckily the owner Danny is knowledgeable and is always quick to help thin the heard with suggestions of his own. Great craft beer selection. Their selection is just as good or better than Bevmo or Total Wine. We went for Lindemans Framboise. It was a $1 more than at Trader Joe's but it was cold and they had a bigger selection. Best thing is they deliver! We'll definitely be frequent customers. read more

Recently moved back to CA after living in the Midwest for over 20 years. This store is so convenient, and the service is friendly and fabulous. They have tons of beverage options at reasonable prices, and unlike some of their local competition, the prices are marked clearly and they conduct their business honestly. Another great liquor store in La Habra, Danny provides a real gem to the craft beer world. I will only talk on the beer because thats all I usually buy. His selection is top notch. He also has a beer cave that you can explore some other rare beers that he gets. Cost wise, its just about the same if not maybe $1-3 more than where you would go for special stuff, but its location were talking about so if you do the math in driving you'd be paying the same that you're trying to save elsewhere. The rest of his guys are very knowledgeable in beer and will always help you steer into what you will like or will like new down the road. read more
