While I was still sitting in the salon waiting for my toes to dry, I watched the pedicure technician take the tools she had just used on me, place them into a sanitary container without sanitizing or disinfecting them, and then put them back into her pedicure kit. What was even more concerning was that I watched her open that same sealed pouch and use those same items on another customer. After 7 years of patronizing this business, I never expected to witness something that made me question the sanitation practices. I am sharing this review because customers deserve to know what I personally witnessed. Sanitation should never be something customers have to wonder about. I have supported this business for seven years, but after witnessing this, I will not be returning. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and reviews its sanitation procedures to protect every customer who walks through the door.

I understand some people come in there acting a fool but that doesn't mean you treat every customer hostile.
