During this visit, the customer service felt more limited than expected, as staff did not offer assistance or product suggestions. After I asked her to give me the right one she said I'd have to pay then called her manager I waited 15 mins just to get pre workout just for her to tell me nooo. girl had no customers service skills at all fix your mistake $11 for some scoops of pre 1/3 the cost of an entire tub. Whoever took over operations of one stop nutrition has done a great job revamping these stores and pushing good customer experiences. The products on the shelf are convenience buying. Not really the best prices. I personally use their smoothie bar to get a high protein shake. $6.25 plus tax for a meal replacement with 50 G protein. It's high prices but for the amount of protein and supplement options, the price is still reasonable. I admittedly pay a $1 more for the cotton candy flavor. It's quite good. I hope this time around these shops are able to continue the good service and prices. We get shakes at least 3X a week. Especially in this hot weather. A cold icy protein smoothie is awesome. read more

Just noticed this location opened up by the gym I go to! This place is super cool! The staff are high energy and super friendly here. I was very amazed by the amount of supplements they have here and how they display it all for you. I ended up stopped by here because I needed pre-workout. They have a lot to select from. I also ended up purchasing two of their One Stop Shaker cups because you can get 2 for $12 That's so badass! I will definitely be a frequent flyer here! read more

Depends on which location you go to. My favorite is the Scottsdale off the 101 and Raintree. They're not stingy and greet with the manliest man bro hello. They make sure I'm either pumped for the gym with the pre workout, getting a pump of sweets post workout with the shakes or just want to take my little dude for a kid shake himself. read more

I have been going to one stop for about 2 years. I have spent so much money with this company. This particular location seems to have the worst attitudes and can not make a shake for the life of them. It comes out splotchy, almost unblinded to even call it a shake. The owners need to go back into the store and recheck operationally training. The girl who trains people is the main one that is teaching everyone these splotchy, disgusting drinks. read more

Terrible customer service from management. Hello, My son frequents this location at 83rd Ave in Peoria, AZ about 2-3 times a week to get a shake after his workout. He uses our joint credit card for this. On March 31st he was overcharged for a shake at a price of $90.16. The price should have been $9.16. Both of us have left messages for the manager to resolve this issue since April 3rd!! It is now April 21st with no-one calling us back to resolve this issue. I have now reached out to corporate for assistance. It's a shame that customer service no longer exists in our day and age. read more

I made a mistake of entering the store 10 minutes before closing the young lady that was working slammed the register as if she had just counted it. Not once did she greet me but yet continue to slam things around I asked for a peanut butter chocolate protein shake and I literally got a milkshake. They were nice, but not knowledgeable about it and there isn't full nutritional information on their website either.
