I stopped into this OSN with four smoothie orders on a recent Monday mid-day... Similar to other OSN locations, the store was easy to navigate and I placed. my order no problem with the woman working. Service was a bit slower than usual, but still fine. I did notice that there was a lot of smoothie left in the blenders, which makes me wonder how much product is wasted and how much protein actually makes its way into the cups. Location is great, right next to my LA Fitness. Middle aged gentleman with a hat and longer hair is usually the one working (maybe the owner/manager) and is legitimately the most unpleasant human ever. The older man who works here has no customer service skills, let alone smoothie skills. Didn't greet me and just stared at me till I said hello, can I get a smoothie please. Then he was like yeah what do you want. He then threw my drink together with what seemed like annoyance, putting milk in when I asked for yogurt. I mentioned the yogurt and he acted like he had put it in but I literally watched him make it. I left it alone, wasn't gonna argue. The smoothie was barely blended and then given to me. There's tons of ice chunks in the smoothie and it's really watery and not thick like every other time I get this exact order. It's all I ever order. This location is honestly the worst. If it's not the old man with an attitude who seems to not care one bit, it's a girl whose smoothies ALWAYS lack flavor and taste like crappy sink water. The only good smoothie I've had at this location was from a younger gentleman definitely in their 20's. He had great customer service and smoothies. But haven't seen him in awhile so honestly just gonna start driving a little further for another location. read more

I've had it. This place is so close to where I work out and it would've been so convenient to stop by. But the manager who I think is named Derek is incredibly rude and appears perpetually hostile. During multiple times when I filled up enough points to get a free drink, the accrued points mysteriously went back to zero. This happened now on five separate occasions. Two weeks ago I dropped by to get a shake and the owner was sitting outside and had to get up and go inside, while appearing very angry. He then slammed open the door behind the counter while a young boy was sitting down to side waiting to get a smoothie. The owner was so abrupt and rude to this young man, that I walked out. I'm never walking back in. I can travel three more miles and get treated with courtesy and mysteriously now, when I buy a drink, I actually get credit for it!! read more

Late 40s worker, he has long hair always wearing a hat. He works around 2 pm ish on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. He is completely rude, slamming everything, and seems like he hates his job. I've come here multiple times and every time he has messed up my order. One of them was a severe allergy to peanuts and he put peanut butter in my shake. He seems very out of it and doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing at all. Very disappointed. read more

Smoothie taste different everytime I go plus every ten smoothies you're suppose to get a free one but instead they just hit you with "idk what to tell you your account reset". I've had multiple problems with this location but it is so convenient since my gym is right there. I've had my last straw with them never going back and don't recommend you go either. Every time has a bad attitude I try to be nice every time and it should be the other way around. Who ever is his manager should get rid of him right away if you want business because of him I will never go back again. He never even listens what I want he always makes it wrong. I stopped by One Stop at McCormick Ranch this morning for the first time, on my way to the dentist. I was helped by Jordan behind the counter and I have to say, I know ALOT about supplements and protein brands and such, but Jordan was AMAZING. He answered all of the questions I had, while making me a kick butt smoothie and had an excellent attitude. He was cool, laid back, and incorporated that all into an awesome sales approach without pushing product on me. He is a great employee to have on the One Stop Nutrition team.
