My wife's computer hard drive crashed and One Stop Office replaced it, but improperly restored her files from her Windows 10 File History backup flash drive. One Stop Office wanted to try again, but instead she took the computer to the Microsoft store Answer Desk. Microsoft erased the hard drive and started over, restoring her files correctly. Microsoft also corrected her user name, something One Stop Office didn't want to try. One Stop Office charged her $104 MORE than Microsoft's price for the same work. read more

EXCELLENT customer service from Thomas! Simple task needed 10 invitations copied on a heavy 5x7 card stock. The invitation wording was already configured already on template. Went to Fed Ex Kinkos first ; they couldn't help me. Went to Staples they didn't have copier to support the card stock. They both told me to go to a Printer. No luck finding a printer store open on a Saturday. Frantic I searched Yelp found the copy store ; called spoke to owner Thomas. He wasn't sure he could help me but told me to come on by. I brought my computer to have a viruse removed charged me 160 plus 20 to keep my pictures. When i got my computer back it was filthy with dust parts of the back connections were loose. When i took it back they told me they dont clean computers or remove dust...For a 180 i told him u cant even clean it?
