Don't bother. Shop says it's open at 8:am but when I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:00 am Live Scan appointment, the door is locked and lights are off. I waited 10 minutes before calling the business to find out what was going on, but only reached their voicemail. I left my phone number so they could call me back. Gary from 1 Stop called 40 mins later to say that they were there working in the back??? and asked if I wanted to reschedule...no apology for wasting my time. No thanks...so unprofessional!!Ironic that a sign on the door says that if you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled. HAHAHA!!! read more

I found this place on a complete whim and I'm so happy that I did! Eric was efficient and extremely patient when taking my school ID photo. As I got my life together because sometimes I'm a hot mess, he waited patiently while I searched for my university's ID requirements in my email. In addition, since I will be relocating out of state, he also answered my questions about the registration process once I move out of California. Eric was extremely helpful and now that I know you can have someone register your vehicle for you without having to go to the DMV, I'm in heaven. Purchased a car from out of state and needed a VIN verification for DMV. Left a VM with the State Police, AAA said no because I bought the car from a dealer....what?, tried calling DMV and going to website to find location that would do it and was not able to get the info I needed.
