Don't bother. Shop says it's open at 8:am but when I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:00 am Live Scan appointment, the door is locked and lights are off. I waited 10 minutes before calling the business to find out what was going on, but only reached their voicemail. I left my phone number so they could call me back. Gary from 1 Stop called 40 mins later to say that they were there working in the back??? and asked if I wanted to reschedule...no apology for wasting my time. No thanks...so unprofessional!!Ironic that a sign on the door says that if you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled. HAHAHA!!! read more

I found this place on a complete whim and I'm so happy that I did! Eric was efficient and extremely patient when taking my school ID photo. As I got my life together because sometimes I'm a hot mess, he waited patiently while I searched for my university's ID requirements in my email. Eric was so helpful with all the information I needed and questions I had for him. I needed my out of state plates transferred and all he needed was the basic smog test and VIN number and he got my CA plates in under 30 minutes. The process was hassle free and inexpensive for that tall of an order. I'm definitely coming back to renew my plates next year! Eric's cousin also put my plates on my car for free! Purchased a car from out of state and needed a VIN verification for DMV.
