My inverter failed after 2 years, because apparently that's when many of them fail. It has been FOUR MONTHS of excuses why they haven't gotten someone to install it. It's literally like an hour's work for someone trained in this. They are slow to return phone calls or emails as well. Get solar, but get it from someone who believes in service after the sale. These guys ain't it. Update: They have cancelled yet another appointment to replace my inverter because they want to focus on sales installations rather than servicing their existing customers.
