I recently had my phone repaired here and I was happy with the service and atmosphere the company provided. At the same time I noticed that they also did computer repair, I was having some minor issues with my laptop and figured why not bring it in. I had mentioned that my computer had some viruses & that it was over heating. I emphasized that I needed all the material on the computer and that I did not want anything to be erased. They assured me that they could do it. They estimated the repair to be about 3-5 business days in order for parts to be delivered. I waited two and a half weeks for my laptop to be repaired. Far longer then what they had estimated. Upon arrival I was informed that they deleted all of my data because I had not approved a data back up which was not mentioned at the time of service even though the lab top memo clearly stated "customer needs her data, be careful" I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in their service. The entire purpose of the repair was to maintain all of my stored work, if I had wanted a clean hard drive I would have invested in a new laptop. Long story short, the shop is only efficient in cell phone repair. I will not be returning. read more

These people are the worst. They fixed my broken screen and it never worked well. one day it just stopped working so I had to take it there again and since they did not want to take responsibility they claimed I was not registered on their system and I had to have a receipt. I overheard them speaking in the back and little did they know, I speak Spanish, and there it was, they are venezuelans, the worst kind, the scamers. So they acted like I was not on the system and I had to pay to repair a damage caused by CHEAP SCREENS. DO NO GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY SEEM NICE AND THAT IS THE WORST KIND... It didn't work and they spend more than 3 weeks revising the phone because it did not work internationally because the phone was broken - they did not want to return the money or exchange the phone for another one that works. read more

This place has it all backwards. I'm writing this review after my 2nd experience with this business. My 1st experience was great. The representative was courteous, explained everything regarding the services I was interested in and also expedited it. I was very pleased. I returned because the original repair was not done correctly. The 2nd time was a complete 180. Which is insane because I was dealing with the owner!!! At least that's what he said. He was rude, condescending, and to top it off he started bad mouthing me in Spanish. Little did he realize I speak Spanish fluently. (He obviously needs his eyes examined because anyone can see I'm Hispanic.) If he was the owner then this place is doomed. Oh and they lure you into giving a great review in exchange for 10% off of their services. Obviously that's a red flag. Lesson learned. read more

Horrible service! This is the worst store ever! I went there to reformat my Toshiba laptop & pay $150. They told me to come back in 2 days , then two days after they told me to come back again in 2 days coz they still haven't fix it yet. So I came back again after two days then they told me come back again tomorrow then after tomorrow they keep saying come back again tomorrow . So I talked to the guy asking him like why would you just tell me to come back whenever it's ready coz you keep saying that you gonna fix it by this date then nothing happened, it's like I'm wasting my time and effort keep going to their store for nothing! So it lasted them 2 weeks for them to reformat my computer. So when I got my laptop, I wanted to check everything before I left, I told them to connect it to their wifi & see if it works good. Then the guy told me they don't have wifi in their store! & I'm like so shocked, what kind of wireless repair business is this without wifi. But then I went home and tried to connect it to wifi & guessed what they made it worst. I can't use my laptop anymore. I was so pissed , so I went back again to their store asking for then to refix it coz it's not working or just give my money back. And the guy was telling me that sorry we can't do any refund & if we gonna fix your laptop again, you have to pay again! And I'm like are you kidding me? I shattered my iphone 6 screen and took it in for repair- 10 minutes later, I had a brand NEW screen! It looked impeccable as it never cracked or a scratch on the surface. I, once again, dropped my phone and broke the LCD later on. I took it in for repair and they did a spectacular job! The phone still works the same as it did before and looks flawless! I came in yesterday with a Blackberry that had a keyboard that wasn't working. Within 30 minutes, they diagnosed there was some spillage, replaced a short circuit and delivered my precious phone back to me! For only 30 bucks. All Wireless & Repairs are the best, way less expensive than the competition and great, super fast service. I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else. I have used their services twice now (I am sure that even having to get my screen replaced twice here was cheaper than buying some fancy case), and both times have been quick and easy. I was leaving to Europe and two days prior, my cat accidentally knocks my phone off my desk and crack! Next day, All Wireless fixed it in less than 20 minutes and gave me a free screen protector. this place is terrible i took my computer in to fix part of the keyboard and when i picked it up it had a completely different housing which was all scratched up and the internet was not working which did work before. i left it there they fixed the problem and i receive the computer with no light on the keyboard which worked as well. finally i take it back so they can fix the light and he takes about a week to address such concern. After promising to replace my screen (for free) for 1 being defective, having a black glitch on screen & 2 for having wrong color!! They told me to come back once they got the correct screen. After waiting and calling for 2 weeks! They fixed my phone & did not live up to their word. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY PHONE back until I paid the amount to replace the glass they originally put on!! Typical Miami service. Contacted them by phone on a saturday to get a quote to replace the screen on my Galaxy Note. the quote received was about $70 higher than another I got, but the Yelp ratings where better and I don't mind paying for good quality and service especially because I have very little time available. I travel 5 days a week and am only in town Saturdays and Sundays. So, I stopped by the shop the same day. They asked me if I wanted to leave the tablet while they ordered the part. The tablet is still functioning and I use it extensively for work so I explained my travel situation, asked how long it would take for the repair and if it was OK for me to keep it and simply return next Saturday and wait while they did the repair: the clerk answered that it was not a problem, and the repair would take 30 min. So I left a deposit for them to order the part (quote was $280, they ask for 50% deposit, I got charged $180!.... I let is pass as a poor math on the part of the clerk... ultimately I was going to pay anyways so no big deal.) and told the clerk I'd be back the following Saturday. When I returned the following Saturday morning they still did not have the part and I was told they would call me when it arrived. The following week (Tuesday or Wednesday) I received a call informing me that I could drop the tablet off as the part had arrived. I explained that I was abroad and that as agreed I would be there on Saturday. Thursday they call me again and inform me that the Samsung technician had a scheduled day off on saturday and asked me if I could stop by any other day. I explained that this would be difficult as, as I had previously explained, I was not going to be in town all week. After a little back and fourth reviewing options I suggested that since I really needed the tablet fixed and they could not do the job when promised I would have to look for other options and to please return the part and give me a refund. The store manager called me shortly thereafter and left a massage asking me to call her back and to consider stopping by Friday evening as they where open until 7:30 pm. I called back, she was not going to be available for an hour.... By the time I was done with my meetings and called back again she was out for the day. The following day (Friday), I land at MIA about 45 min ahead of schedule so hopeful that the stars are on my side I rush through immigration and rush hour traffic heading straight to the store and arriving at about 6:00pm... only to be told that the technician left at 2:00pm!!! and to return Monday. After explaining once more that I could not, I politely ask for the deposit to be returned as they where unable to complete the job as promised. Clerk calls the owner who explains that it's not his fault, they can do the job any day... except today (as the tech is not there or tomorrow as he has a scheduled day off) and I left a deposit. I explained that I had left the deposit only after I had been told that the repair could have been completed the following Saturday while I waited and that I had been flexible when they delayed due to parts delivery issues and by going on Friday evening ... I simply could not wait another week and now my only option would be to purchase another tablet. I once again asked for a refund, he agreed reluctantly but wanted to charge restocking fees... the conversation was heating up and I really wanted to get home to my kids whom I only get to see 2 days a week... so I simply explained that he could either refund me or I would cancel the transaction with the bank... he replied that he has insurance for that! At the end, this business owner decided that he would rather pay a charge back fee, any supposed restocking fees and disenfranchise a customer rather than accepting the fact that his staff had done a poor job and accepting responsibility for it... and I had no choice but to purchase a new tablet. No one wins in this situations. I can't comment on the quality of their work which might be exceptional ... although one has to wonder. + read more
