I will definitely be back! I've never really had Vietnamese food before but everything we had was so tasty! And great portions. The servers were so helpful and friendly. We ordered the Royal dish which was a little too spicy for me (the waiter warned us but I am a baby when it comes to spice). It was very flavorful but too spicy for me. We also ordered the clear noodle dish with chicken. And started with the pork egg rolls. For drinks we got the lychee boba and the mangoada drink. Can't wait to go back and try more! read more

Service was excellent, super kind staff. I've had more flavorful and rich Bun Bo Hue before, and was really expecting deeper flavors with a more adventurous soup. The wonton was good, the appetizer was good if you like dried food - I liked the mango sauce that came with it. The STAR of the show was the tenderloin udon. Tender meat, great sauce, perfectly cooked noodles, and very complimentary veggies. 10/10, will order again. Go on a cold day and fill up! read more

What a find in Westminster! Dropped by for dinner a few weeks ago and was super impressed by the food here. Coming from NYC I didn't expect much in terms of Asian food in Colorado but I have to say One Vietnamese exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is located in a convenient area with lots of other stores and shopping, the interior is pretty spacious by NY standards, which means prob normal size for everyone else, and looked like it seated around 25 tables. Both the bowls of beef pho and bun (thin rice noodles) with crispy shrimp cake were served within 15 min of ordering, and both items were fresh and tasty. The pho came with raw bean sprouts and basil to add to your liking. The bun came with shredded lettuce and pickled carrots, and a side of fish sauce to drizzle over. Servings were generous, about 30% more than I'm used to getting at NY Vietnamese restaurants, which I was glad since I was really hungry that day. Would def recommend to anyone looking for tasty Vietnamese food in the area. Covid times: as of June 2021 masks weren't required indoors in Colorado but coming from NYC where regulations hasn't relaxed yet I felt a bit uneasy when they tried to seat us directly in the middle of a cluster of 3 tables near the window. I've been following Anne's cooking for a long time now. From the days when she cooked in New Saigon to Vietnamese Cafe, her cooking always brought me to her tables. She uses simple ingredients and magically turns them into flavor parties in your mouth. Anything I ordered tasted like it was cooked with love. It's like going to your favorite Aunt's house that you haven't seen in a long time and she makes you all your favorite dishes. I don't have a go to dish that I would recommend because all that I have ordered were top notch. But what I would recommend is trying her soft shell crab dish. It's deep fried like the traditional way of cooking soft shell crabs, but her twist to it is the butter garlic sauce and onions that is added to it. If you love flavor then this will make you scream, "More Daddy!" Best thing about this restaurant is the service. I have always been warmly greeted and I always felt like I was at home. Service has always been top notch, even when they are busy. The restaurant is also very inviting and clean. I have always walked into a dining room that is clean, floors aren't slippery, and most of all, the bathrooms are clean. The decor is tastefully modern, but I do not want to sit on a wooden box, with no back (rest/support). Minus one star. The sushi was excellent and the portion was generous. Totally cute place and good food. Very spacious and clean. It was somewhat hard to find, due to it's random placement in a random shopping center. Food comes quick and service is good. I had pho, the small size, and it was more than enough (and I was hungry). It has a lot of tables and at first it seemed off because it was empty but I later saw how quickly it fills up. Atmosphere is quiet. Seems like a good place to grab a quick meal if you are low on time but also because of its spacious and relaxed atmosphere might even be a good date spot. read more

We stopped here on our way back from Boulder and it was a great choice. I got the super platter grilled rice combo and for the cost you get a lot of food. The flavor was good and the food was fresh. It was also pretty quick to get our food out after ordering. The location is convenient, right off highway 36, at Sheridan and W. 88th Ave, with plenty of parking. The atmosphere is modern, and service extremely friendly. Lunch comes with steamed or fried rice, soup and egg roll and I think is reasonably priced. I live about 30+ minutes away from here, but I like going here because of the friendly staff, the generous portions, the clean restaurant, and the prices! All of the noodle bowls I have had here have been huge and fresh. The restaurant is clean which is a big plus for me. The staff always greets you with a smile and is accommodating to make your noodle bowl how you want it. They have really good boba drinks as well. I always get the cappuccino boba. Man do I love a good Vietnamese rice plate! This one I have to say was exceptional. The quality of the meat was very good, the portion of the meat was a bit small but I understand when you use better ingredients they cost more. I personally will take higher quality ingredients any day! I like that the combo plate gave you a good taste of all the protein choices! And of course it included my absolute favorite Vietnamese egg roll! I have to take a moment and say...this might be the best Vietnamese egg roll I have had in a long time! So freaking good! I love this place! The noodle bowl is huge and full of fresh veggies. I also really like the fish sauce that it comes with. It's easily 2 meals. I always order it with the veggie egg rolls, which are delicious. I think they add 2, maybe 3 egg rolls to the dish. The tofu spring rolls are also great. They do have cilantro in them though, which I don't love. It was a little overpowering. I also had a mangonada, which I was surprised to find at a Vietnamese restaurant, but I figured, "why not?" When you walk in it is absolutely spotless... and well appointed... very contemporary... I loved the atmosphere immediately. The menu is quite diverse and well priced. We ordered Vietnamese Roll Platter for appetizer... very good and plenty for the 3 of us. For entrées we ordered Coconut Chicken Curry, Orange Chicken, Egg Drop Soup with Chicken Salad... all 3 dinners were extremely generous servings - and enough for probably 2-3 more meals! Vietnamese cuisine on a snowy day and after the gym hits different. It was me and my boyfriend's last day in Denver Colorado and we wanted to have a warm and comfort meal before leaving Denver. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here at this restaurant. The pho broth was the standout--rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. It had the perfect balance of spices that felt like a warm hug for the soul, truly one of the best I've ever had. The portion of the noodles was perfect since I love noodles. The platter of beef, pork, and chicken was seasoned to perfection; each meat was tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The fresh spring rolls were a delightful addition, packed with crisp vegetables and herbs, and the dipping sauce was the perfect complement--just the right amount of sweetness and tang. The staff was all super friendly, and the food came out super quick and oh my gosh was it delicious!
