It pains me to leave a bad review because I love bubble tea shops and have some good teas from various One Zo locations, but my last experience here was haunting. I ordered a Hong Kong style milk tea with boba, my usual, and slid over to the side to wait for my order. Little did I know... it would take 30-40 minutes to actually get my order. I saw frantic workers running back and forth between the front and back well over ten times during my wait. There needs to be some sort of system to limit the number of online + in-person orderes because these workers were each making 5 drinks at once. Because of this, they lost track of which order came in first and were making them in a randomized order. And the worst part is that my bubble tea tasted awful in the end. I'll give it a shot again if it's convenient, but it'll be hard with such a bad taste in my mouth and so many other options in the area. read more

I haven't tried the bubble tea here yet, but I loved the mochi donuts! They run out when it gets near closing time, but i was able to get the strawberry mochi donut. I wanted matcha but they ran out. Strawberry comes with a pocky stick in the middle, and it's light, fluffy, and bigger than I expected. So good! read more

I'd say come here for their soga things, purple rice and mochi. The drinks are not that great and small. Adding toppings cost extra. It does have a bathroom In the store in the back, ok cleanliness. This was the best slush I've ever had! The Grapefruit Green Tea had the perfect amount of sweetness and bitterness. I prefer my grapefruit drinks to be more on the bitter side so I reduced the sugar to 50% and it was perfect! I also lovedddd the texture of the slush!!! At many other boba places, the bottom of their slushes is watery and the top is too chunky. However, this drink had the perfect slush texture of soft snow and was evenly blended. ordered this in the fall, but this would be a great refreshing drink on a hot summer day. I wrote off Onezo a few years ago because I had a brown sugar milk tea at their grand opening and it was probably the worst bubble tea I had ever had because it was so watered down and I couldn't even taste any tea. I did really like the interior of the shop though. I work close by and I thought I'd give them another shot and I got the same drink. They forgot to give me boba and I didn't want to make a fuss so I just left. The tea has definitely improved since the last time I had it and it was just the right amount of sweet. My friend highly recommended their milk teas so we decided to stop by around dinnertime. I wanted something lighter but they were out of Chrysanthemum Tea and Oolong Tie Guanyin :\ I ended up getting 4 Season Spring Tea with black sesame bubbles (they also have several unique toppings I haven't seen elsewhere). The tea was floral and mild, and most of the drink's sweetness came from the sesame bubbles, but after the sugar dissolved, the bubbles became a bit flavorless and soggy. 2/5 experience Had a much better experience ordering from them though (reason for 4 stars)! Their bamboo charcoal latte was really flavorful & milky without being too heavy. I also treated myself to the signature Purple Rice Taro Ball dessert (packaged really well in a thick container) which had a really pleasant amount of sweetness, QQ, and good assortment of purple rice, red bean, taro balls & rice balls, and boba. I repeated my order of 2 different drinks 3 times to the girl taking my order, and in the end, I got 1 drink with everything combined into 1. You could say we're boba connoisseurs and we really like to try and compare all the boba shops in the area. One Zo was recommended by a friend and it was pretty good! We ordered the Real Fresh Fruit Tea with coconut jelly and it was very refreshing and not too sweet like teas from a few other shops nearby. The shop is pretty small but offers seating with cute decor. It's also cool that they sell mochi donuts here, although they ran out when we came at around 6pm on a weekday. In my boba milk teas, I enjoy a more strong tea flavor rather than a chalky powder flavor. This was my favorite of all time. Chrysanthemum honey tea: I drank this two days later as it sat in the fridge. Two days later and it was very refreshing and the fragrance and flavor was very bold and strong. Both drinks were awesome. The boba flavor and texture felt very fresh and personally I thought it was the perfect texture (soft, flavorful, chewy) I saw someone purchase a dinosaur egg and was very jealous ha-next time I will definitely try that and other flavors. My boyfriend says everytime I try a new milk tea i say it's my favorite. But honestly this one tasted like the best brown sugar milk tea latte with cheese foam I've had! If you like it rich, thick, and creamy... this is the one for you. I also tried one of their eggs with pudding. It is this plastic egg bowl filled with milk tea pudding and red beans. Finally tried this place, super cute store decor. I am obsessed with their brown sugar bubble milk tea. The bubbles were handmade and you can definitely taste the difference, it's so soft and chewy. Got some sweet soup from zz dessert. Ordered their special milk tea taro, red bean taro, mango sago, durian purple rice. In the sweet soup there was way too much grass jelly. The grass jelly took over the space for any liquids that was supposed to be there. The mango sago was too thick and sweet but was good. Ordered a burnt caramel latte and the purple rice with durian dessert. The latte was just all milk, but the boba was delicious. The purple rice with durian was good but for the price, it was not worth it at all at $10. We felt ripped off because on yelp, they had the dessert in a much bigger container. When we received it, it was in a much smaller container. It came with milk, shaved ice, a small scoop of durian and a small scoop of purple rice. My fiancé and I stopped by here after dinner to grab dessert. We ordered two of their cream brûlée soufflés because we wanted to try something different. Let me tell you what a disappointment it was. The place was packed since it was their grand opening weekend and there was a ton of people just standing around in close proximity, mind you this was during covid. The soufflé took OVER 45 minutes to make. It wasn't until we were getting annoyed and impatient when we decided to ask for a refund because we had other plans for the night. Lo and behold the soufflé magically appears to be "done" or possibly sitting around in the back kitchen. Their excuse was everything was made "fresh" so it takes a long time to make. Honestly, it seemed like half the employees were lost and didn't know what they were doing so everything was taking much longer than needed. We had high hopes for the soufflé since the establishment was crowded and it took so long to make. Sadly, it was a huge let down. It was bland and tasted like cheap sponge cake you can buy at any Chinese bakery that only cost a buck or two while being drowned in some kind of cream. I was expecting the top to be some kind of caramelized sugar hence the brûlée but it was a puddle of cream around the pastry. It was neither a brûlée or a soufflé. We took a few bites and chucked the rest into the trash. Maybe I'll come back to try their bubble tea one day once they're more settled. read more
