During test drive Brooklyn notice a loud noise while car was running and said the ball bearings were faulty. In the last year we asked 3 mechanics to look at that noise and not one of them even mentioned the ball bearings and we live in Indiana (home of the Indianapolis 500)! They dispatched a wrecker from Bambarger Wrecker and Towing based in Tuscaloosa, AL. After a brief conversation with the driver, Dakarai, "Dee", so he could better understand what was being towed (which I appreciated very much), he was soon on his way. He arrived within a few minutes of his ETA - not bad considering he had about 1.5 hr drive! Thank you, Dee! Once there, Dee was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. Searched 4 a filter n finally I found one bout 4:30 the RV park we were heading 2 was 3.5 hours away I was really stressing a bit.
