YEEEEEEEAHHHH finally a coffee shop open in Canton that's not Panera. OneDo is hella comfortable, cozy, and swanky on the inside. It's got a high-end, yet homey feel with dark furniture and a white marble counter top, and white stone / grey ceramic coffee cups, high ceilings, exposed brick, and local artistry on the walls. Let's talk about the coffee. Today, I had both the espresso and the regular drip - both were flavorful and well balanced - served at the perfect temperature. This place is great! I like to try new coffee shops around town to get some work down, and this place shot to the top of the list. I love the atmosphere and the coffee was top notch! I typically get cold brew coffee, but it was raining and I wanted to warm up so I went with almond milk latte - it was DELICIOUS! The atmosphere was so great, that I worked for 4 hours and it felt like 20 minutes. I can't wait to go back for more coffee and to try the food. (It look very delicious). read more

I've been in the restaurant business for 25 years and have tasted (and sold) a lot of specialty coffee. In fact, Baltimore circa 2018 is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to good coffee. Especially for a smaller city, one not exactly known for lots of foot traffic and endless streams of customers. I would rank Ceremony, Artifact, Dooby's, and Pitango Bakery Cafe amongst the very best. Of those, only Ceremony is a roaster. Zeke's deserves mention too, but has so thoroughly resisted the latest advances, aka "the third wave," it's really more akin to an old standard than a present favorite. Now, on a one way street in Canton we have newcomer, OneDo Coffee Roasters. I can easily say they have equaled and are about to rival this stellar pack. Their espresso beverages are expertly crafted and their single origin house roasted beans make for a delightful morning cup at home. I have a wide range of tastes in coffee, I don't believe there is one penultimate bean, roast, or process. I enjoy Lavazza, Starbucks, and all of these local offerings depending on the time and place. I highly recommend OneDo and really hope they keep up the damn near flawless job they're doing with their coffee right now. read more

What a lovely little treat in the middle of Canton. Off the beaten path, but easily accessible this coffee shop truly takes the cake. The latte was a true latte (sorry Starbucks) and the lavender syrup was absolutely divine; a nice accent without overpowering the beverage. The chocolate croissant was a epicurean delight and I'll be darned if it wasn't the best I ever had. Yes the price point may be a bit steeper than the chains it competes against, however you are truly purchasing a quality product made with thought AND supporting local business. The atmosphere is delightful and they make good use of a smaller space. To be honest, I'm glad they have a smaller menu more like European cafes so they don't overextend themselves and offer higher quality goods. I will certainly become a regular! read more

Been here twice and have been disappointed both times. I really wanted to like it because of how close it is to me but the coffee and service were subpar. Most recently I got the snickerdoodle latte which was not bad but also not memorable. I had to come home and make changes. The second drink I got was the chocolate horchata latte which I don't even understand how they even call it that. It was an overwhelming clove/spice flavor and i ended up pouring it out. read more

I really want to like this place, but I just can't. It's nearby my home and therefore conveniently located, but their coffee leaves something to be desired. I've visited OneDo three times. On two of those occasions, I had the Japanese iced coffee and the cold brew. Both were sour, meaning improper brewing. My wife has had the iced coffee as well on a separate day and it was sour. Another time I had their hot chocolate and my wife had a mocha. Both were better than the cold coffees. Perhaps I will give them another shot, but only for hot coffee. read more

I was really disappointed by this place. I asked for a macchiato, which they said they couldn't make (WTF?). Anyway, I was willing to move past it and just asked for a latte with half the milk. The barista then refused to do so and told me that would be the same thing as a cappuccino (it's not). I said I didn't really think it was the same and could they just make me a latte with half the milk and he refused, making me a cappuccino instead. The coffee looked good when it came out but the milk beneath the top was thin and burnt. I didn't finish it. Rude and didn't even like the coffee. Not coming again. Get some manners. read more
