One Main refied my used car after Wells Fargo stopped doing ALL AUTO LOANS. INE MAIN had combined, into 1 loan, a few personal loans they were all too eager to give me. So selling my beater car for even $3000 is impossible. And if I DID, the entire remainder of loan is DUE IMMEDIATELY. I CAN'T do it and not get evicted again. I've been evicted 3 times because this car payment drains me. The process of getting a loan was easy, almost too easy... I'm not saying DONT get a loan from here…read morehowever I am saying " DONT " get the HOME AND AUTO SECURITY PLAN. This is a extra fee added into your loan and it is not at all worth it!!!! It's is extremly expensive and I have never been able to get any assistance in a timely matter. Yesterday I called road side assistance yesterday @ 7:37pm because I locked the keys in the car. I submitted a request online. I never heard back from anybody for two hours so I called the number was on hold for 45 minutes and when I finally got through to somebody they still didn't have anybody to come help me they weren't sure how long the wait would be. At 3:03am the next morning I get a text message from "Cindy" asking if I still needed assistance.... That's 8 hours after I requested help. "8" HOURS??? However I was sleeping at that point. I'm sure the loan agent gets a bonus for signing innocent people up for this ridiculous service.
