I own rental property. I sent this company 12 money judgments I had on evicted tenants…read more JUDGMENTS, not just bad accounts. All he had to do was collect. He claimed to not be able to find any of them. He gave me no follow up, I had to contact him for status. He says the judgments are too old. They are not expired. All he has to do is locate the debtors. I provided all info I had, including SSNs, DOBs, driver's licenses, phone numbers, addresses from when they were my tenants, and emails. He does a lousy job if he can't find someone with all this info. He would give me no detailed report on the efforts he made to locate anyone. He would not give any information except "I am not a free investigation service." Isn't finding debtors part of a collection agency's services? And he was going to be paid. Very disappointed and do not recommend them.
