I called Harris and arranged fro a new engine to be delivered. Before I got that far Harris tried to get me to go to the dealership because there was a chance that I could have the engine replaced for free through a warranty. They tried to save me $1800. I already knew the answer, and had them install the engine, and it was flawless. Ask for Parker, or Rob, both great mechanics and stand up guys.

Upon arrival, there were multiple scratches and dents around the vehicle, both passenger-side doors, rear rim, and including additional scratches the other side of the car and back. These additional scratches were not disclosed, and the salesman's message absolutely downplayed the damage. After the team tried fixing it, some scratches and the dents were still clearly visible. Carmax wouldn't adjust the price despite the new (unrepaired) damage. I don't think they're going to update the listings pictures, and I feel like there was prior undisclosed damage to the car. If you're looking to purchase a car from here, be extremely careful that you're not getting played.

LOL- everything the "Manager" said was contradictory to wanting to sale a car. It must have been his first day. Said "We are all about volume" when I made him an offer on a car they have been sitting on for months- he offered me $150 off the price. Cash deal- Would have been another sale to add to the "Volume" but whatever. Oh and I loved the line about driving off with equity. What? We all know the moment you drive off the lot the value drops. I'm not an idiot. The dealer that has the same car a few extra miles away was willing to deal so headed there. I bet they take my cash and actually sale a car today.

Bought a 2026 3.3 RWD yesterday. They lied about the dealers protection package ($1995) was not…read morenegotiable. That also comes with tinted windows. I said, well what if you don't want the tint? The sales manager (Mike) says then you pay it and won't get tinted windows. $2000 for that?!!! And what a lie this isn't negotiable. I knew it was a lie but I thought I had to pay a destination charge of $1450. So it was almost a wash in my financial numbers for the car. Of course, they lied about my trade value too. They offered $4400. I had a carmax quote of $11,400. a $7000 difference?!! Sales manager says well carmax sends these vehicles to California where they can pay more. All utter lies. They got their sale. I paid MSRP, plus their stupid $1995 and less the $1000 discount I was entitled to being a competitive owner. But I knew I over paid by about $3000. But no sweat. It's only money. I can make more. They have to live with themselves for being shady, not that I'm sure they care. The car salesman (Rashard) is soon to be a financial manager. So he needs to be handled with eyes wide open too. I would have to assume their service department can't be trusted either after this sales experience. Love the car though!
