Once was in New York to deposit a check, the other two times were at the Franklin TN office. After my experience dealing with Luke at the front counter in Franklin, I am ready to close my account. I needed to go to the Fidelity office to wire money to Mexico since I am planning to purchase property there. During my first visit, Luke acted like it was a big inconvenience to send the wire. Given the difficulty he was having, I sensed he did not do this often. I returned two weeks later to send money to a different account in Mexico that I would use to purchase the property when it was time to close on the deal. Unfortunately, Luke was still working the counter. This time, he made several odd remarks like : "How many accounts do you have in Mexico". Then he asked what the money was used for because "people" questioned him after the transaction. I said that I told you the purpose during my last visit. Then I asked what he said. He responded "To help a friend in Mexico pay bills". At this point, I was very upset and said no, it was to purchase property. He said, "we'll I didn't remember because I do a lot of wire transfers".. Really, based on his lack of competence, I would say he doesn't do many. I have received far better customer service at banks where I carry a fraction of the amount I have with Fidelity. I see no point doing business with a company that treats its customers so rudely.

Nashville store says they don't want to take their business away and to order from them problem is they unreasonably mark up the parts prices. Yesterday was the last shot I gave them and they tried to over charge me 140 dollars on a compressor. Nashville store 219 and murfreesboro store wants 360 for the part, plus they didn't have it so nashville would supply the part. 140 mark up is cheating people and dishonest. I do not conduct business with businesses taking advantage and with this system of getting nashville refusing to sell out of county knowing nashville is less money is wrong. Don't buy from them first your being overcharged just call nashville and ask for a price quote an u will see the up charge is unreasonable. Lucky for me I can have a shop in Davidson county recieve my orders I place. If this store would be more honest in their business dealings I would buy from them. What I also dislike is if I choose to purchase from a different store that has better customer service and not taking advantage of my wallet, as a consumer I have that choice to choose whatever store I want to use. I was about an hour from home when I realized I had a flat. I was closest to Firestone so I…read morepulled in. I greeted with a big smile and friendly staff. I was told I had a piece of steel in my tire and could be repaired with a plug and patch $35. Great. After looking at it closer I was told I needed a new tire. (not so great). Bill the manager explained that I needed a new tire because the steel actually sliced the tire. He went way beyond what I expected, by calling a competitor I mentioned we had visited a while back. It turns out I didn't have road warranty. Bill found me the best tire for the best price and shortly thereafter I was on my way home. I must say the staff were all friendly and courteous.
