They aren't a legit car dealer and discriminate delivery drivers. If you do Door dash, Uber eats, etc., don't even give them a try.

Truly accountable service department! Long story short, our car died five hours from home. They had…read moreto work with our warranty company to get aftermarket parts, which failed 5 months later. My option was to pay $1,500 to get it repaired at home, or Murfreesboro Nissan's Service Director, Austin Betty, told us if we brought it back, he would fix it at no cost to us. Which is exactly what happened. Yes, there was a problem, which no one was happy about. But he went through so much effort and red tape to make sure our car got fixed correctly. Austin not only is a true pro, but a really cool guy as well.

I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership and drove it less than 100 miles…read morebefore the engine completely locked up. I understand the risks of buying a used vehicle, but a catastrophic failure this quickly is unacceptable and indicates serious issues that should have been caught before the sale. The warranty I purchased did not cover the failure, and the sales manager told me my only option was to buy another vehicle and take a loss on the Santa Fe. That was the only way to recover any of the money I had already spent. I also test‑drove a Kia Sorento on their lot that had obvious front‑end problems. This raises major concerns about the quality of the vehicles they are putting up for sale. It genuinely feels like they are placing unsafe or defective cars on the lot and leaving customers to deal with the consequences. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and the lack of accountability shown. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and will be sharing my experience to warn others.

I began communicating with TJ Potts of Absolute Auto Center regarding the purchase of a 2013 Ford…read moreF-150. During our communications, Mr. Potts represented that the truck was in great condition, had a "super nice interior," and that despite prior accidents, "you couldn't even tell" the vehicle had been involved in four minor-to-moderate accidents. The online listing also advertised the vehicle as a "non-smoker vehicle." Based on these representations, I paid a $500 deposit to secure the truck while paperwork was being completed. During the process, I became uncomfortable with requests to send additional funds without signed paperwork or clear shipping arrangements, so I decided to personally inspect the truck before completing the purchase. I traveled from Columbus, Ohio to Nashville, Tennessee to inspect the vehicle in person. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the truck, significant dents and scratches on the right side of the vehicle, and a large gash in the sidewall of one tire. These defects were not disclosed prior to my trip and directly contradicted the representations made to me. After confronting the dealership about these issues, I was initially told my deposit would be refunded if I chose not to purchase the truck. However, after declining to proceed with the purchase due to the undisclosed defects and lack of trust in the dealership, the dealership refused to return my $500 deposit. This place is shady and I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you're a mechanic.

Immediately after purchase, I encountered multiple problems. The key fob had a dead battery, and the TPMS light was illuminated due to tire-related issues. These concerns were apparent before I even had time to familiarize myself with the vehicle--there was a non-matching spare tire stored in the trunk, and the vehicle did not include a jack. In addition, within two days, a further issue arose with the backup sensors. I contacted the dealership regarding this matter, and the problem was acknowledged only after the fact. The interior also had an obvious odor of dog, and the vehicle was delivered with approximately two-thirds of a tank of gas. I also found the sales process, particularly the conduct of the salesman (TJ), to be unprofessional. Despite my credit union verifying the transaction and providing payment that was mailed the next day, the salesman's attitude made the process feel reluctant and discourteous. Overall, the dealership provided poor service and left me responsible for addressing problems that should have been corrected or disclosed prior to purchase.

We walked in, she came in shortly after with drinks in her hand, and immediately was like basically "I got y'all" and got straight to helping us. No dragging around, no weird pressure, no making us sit there all day wondering what was going on. We were in and out in about 3 hours, which for buying a car is honestly a miracle Brianna was seriously AMAZING from beginning to end. She was sweet, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable with everything. And then tell me why the NEXT DAY she had pizza and wings catered to my job?! Like ma'am... you already sold me the car, you didn't have to keep spoiling me That honestly meant so much and just showed the kind of person she is. She really went above and beyond, and you can tell she actually cares about her customers instead of just trying to make a sale and move on to the next person. And I cannot forget Mrs. Tanya in finance!! She was so sweet and helpful while explaining all the extra coverage and options we could add to the car. She made everything easy to understand, was patient with us, and never made the process feel pushy or uncomfortable. Also, completely unrelated but very important, her outfit was CUTE AS HELL She was giving finance AND fashion. Overall, 20/10 experience. If you're coming here to buy a car, ASK FOR BRIANNA. Seriously. She made an unexpected car purchase feel smooth, easy, and honestly fun. Brianna and Mrs. Tanya both deserve their flowers because the customer service was TOP TIER. Give them both a raise immediately
