Luis was very helpful, give him a raise! He answered all my questions and overall a pretty painless process. Thanks again!

They're extremely rude. I had a few hang ups from this number and called back to figure out what it was. They have ZERO costumer service.

That's what happened here. I walked in, got noticed right away (no "take a number and age 10 years in the waiting area" energy), and was helped immediately. Yes, there was a little hiccup, but the woman helping me was so sweet about it that I half-expected a laugh track to start playing. Less than ten minutes later, everything was done. Less. Than. Ten. Minutes. That's faster than it takes to get through a drive-thru when the person in front of you orders 47 items. Meanwhile, over at the big banks, you need three forms of ID, your firstborn child, and a blood sample just to ask a question. And after all that, they still charge you $35 because you blinked wrong. Never again. I use this place and shared branching, and I'm never going back to Big Bank Land where customer service goes to die. Highly recommend, will bank again.

I felt that Ms. Villarreal was very caring and understood exactly why I needed help with my account. I have had this account for 50 years, it has changed names several times. I especially like the Van Buren location. There is always a security guard at the front door if I want to be escorted to my car. I love walking in, immediately being asked how they can help me, and rarely wait more than a few minutes for a teller or personal banker. Once in a while there is a line, but the drive up service is very efficient too. Please consider this branch if you want excellent service from a banker who cares about the customers. Great job!

I didn't have a huge budget, but needed to have something reliable. As it turned out, I didn't fall in love with the car I went to see. There was no pressure applied to move forward. Jeff however, had a line on another vehicle that would be coming in with low miles. I was very interested and asked that he contact me with the details when available. As promised, this car was in fantastic shape, had all the car fax information and was at a very fair price. I do not personally care for negotiating over a price so this was important to me. I have purchased my fair share of cars in my day. This was a top notch transaction. They are very professional and perform with integrity. The battery warranty was a life saver. While the car has low miles, it's 12 years old. I suppose it is fair to expect those old batteries to wear down. After about 6000 miles, they fixed/replaced the battery with no hassles! I've been driving my sons future car to save on gas. When I turn it over to him, I see another Prius from All Price Auto in my future.

Public Notice - Repossession & Loan Issues at Dynamite Auto Sales…read more I had an experience very similar to many others here. I made a substantial down payment and continued making biweekly payments. Despite this, my vehicle was repossessed without any notice or right to cure, just days after a payment was made and accepted. I was given inconsistent ledgers, and my payments were applied in a way that made my account appear delinquent. After I filed complaints, I learned Dynamite Auto Sales is not even listed in the CFPB complaint system, which prevented a federal investigation from moving forward. Since then, I have seen multiple reviews describing nearly identical issues: Vehicles breaking down soon after purchase, Repossession shortly after major repairs or payments, Poor customer service, and Refusals to report to or respond through consumer protection agencies. If you've had a similar experience, I strongly encourage you to report it to: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint Arizona Attorney General's Office: www.azag.gov/consumer Federal Trade Commission (FTC): www.ftc.gov/complaint These agencies look for patterns, and every report matters. I'm taking legal action and hope others will stand up for their rights too. This is my honest experience. I have documents to support everything stated. #DynamiteAutoSales #ConsumerWarning #ArizonaAG #CFPB #RepossessionWithoutNotice

So, I just got a car here not too long ago, and it's been quite the experience. Since I've gotten…read morethe car, I've visited this place about 3-4 times. Not because of anything bad, but just because I'm still uneasy with the process, it's a wait and see type of thing with me... In my first review, I mentioned how great the men who helped me were, and that's still the same experience. So, nothing really changed with that. I'd visited the lot twice to get work done if the car. Well, technically, the second time, I went to get the car checked, and the third time I had work done. I had already had Pep Boys and Autozone check the car, and they said the car was good, but you can never be too sure with the cars at places like this. You know, with places like this, they get cars in whatever condition. They may fix it up, or they may not. So, you just never know. I initially had them check the car because I noticed the car was hiccuping. The mechanic said it was the CVT or something like that and that the transmission/car was fine. So, I left. Then my stepdad did some research and told me to have them change the spark plugs, because ppl with the same car noticed that issue too. So, I went back and had them change the spark plugs and the brakes. They did those things, and the car has been running great. No more hiccups! I'm just super excessive with making sure I get everything checked out and fixed because there's only a 15 day warranty for the car, which is very worrisome lol but Pep Boys, Autozone, and the mechanic and Dynamite said the car is in good condition... I'm just extra cautious... So, I make my 1st payment in a few days. So, I'll keep y'all updated.
