The whole staff is knowledgeable and able to help me even with my simple silly questions. If I needed to make an adjustment to my payment date or account info it's a very simple process. I have had no problems with this company. If you're like me and running out of options, their title loan is the way to go. I was offered a good deal (more than I was expecting) with a decent payment and its such a simple process. And there are no penalties for paying off early either, the interest is well interest. I sent three follow-up emails over the following week and never received a single response, acknowledgment, or update. Even a quick courtesy reply would have been appreciated. If someone is going to request personal insurance documents and offer to review coverage, there should be at minimum a basic level of professionalism and follow-through. Based on my experience, basic and professional decency needs to be considered when asking documents with sensitive and personal information.

Not impressed. In fact, I am not really happy with how we were treated when we came into the…read moreoffice. As far as staying up on the emails, they did a good job. Almost everything was accurate on all the paperwork, although a family members name was spelled correctly on a page and on that same page a few lines down the same name spelled incorrectly. Attention to detail? I had sent an email to Jennifer Gutierrez our Escrow Officer asking if I could come in and sit down with her to review some documents and make sure they were filled out correctly. Saving us both time and money. She said it wasn't a problem and I showed up exactly when she told me to. Not sure what happened, but when I showed up, she said, what can I help you with? She acted as if I was wasting her time, and I felt like I had done something wrong. We were treated like an inconvenience when we came in for our final document signing, in fact they missed our appointment time by 45 minutes. They didn't say anything to us and no apologies. When my wife and I went in to sign documents, some paperwork got missed that they should have sent to me at least a month prior to when we were there. Then they told us if we didn't get it signed immediately it would delay our closing date. The person signing is in Los Angeles... Maybe it wouldn't have been an issue if they had provided it in a timely manner. Overall, not very customer friendly or efficient. If neither one of those things are important when it comes to something so important as Escrow, then I guess they are okay. (Yelp LA Challenge #59 of 100)
