I have had no problems with this company. If you're like me and running out of options, their title loan is the way to go. I was offered a good deal (more than I was expecting) with a decent payment and its such a simple process. And there are no penalties for paying off early either, the interest is well interest. I sent three follow-up emails over the following week and never received a single response, acknowledgment, or update. Even a quick courtesy reply would have been appreciated. If someone is going to request personal insurance documents and offer to review coverage, there should be at minimum a basic level of professionalism and follow-through. Based on my experience, basic and professional decency needs to be considered when asking documents with sensitive and personal information.
