As the judge said to the owner of this place, fraud is a very serious crime, and is against the law! Sadly, they are failing to pay me the court ordered settlement. What a surprise! So more legal action for me. I won't stop until I get my money back though. If he had paid me honorably, I would have removed this review as well. How did they manage this? The transmission problem only presents itself when the engine was cold. They told me they needed to put some gas in the car, and were gone for a long time, with several gas stations less than a block away. The gas meter was still on empty when I got in the car to drive. The deal was so crooked, that a high end lawyer who specializes in used-car fraud took my case for free! We are now filing a court case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you don't believe me, start making those phone calls to local mechanics, and transmission shops in Ventura, and ask them.
