If you are looking for HRT, I'd recommend you give OnePeak Medical a try. I would not go to OnePeak Medical for routine family care or primary care. That's not their strength. But, I have been seeing them for approximately 3 years for my Hypothyroid and Hashimoto's, as well as my lethargy and foggy brain from menopause. My thyroid is now in a great range, my Hashimoto's markers are nearly non-existent, my energy levels (in all ways) are much higher, my sleep is better, and my foggy brain has subsided. If you are looking for a provider who listens, respects your concerns, or provides even the bare minimum of patient-centered care, do not go to Dr. Trinidad Moore. He was cold, dismissive, and seemed more interested in rushing through the appointment than actually helping.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came in vulnerable, needing answers, and left feeling completely invalidated. He offered no empathy, no real solutions, and showed zero willingness to listen or even acknowledge what I was saying.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It felt like I was being talked at, not cared for. Healthcare is supposed to be about trust and healing. With Dr. Moore, I got the exact opposite. If you're struggling with your health, especially with something complex or sensitive, please do yourself a favor and seek care elsewhere. Ive been a patient there for around 4 years and I have only seen the patient care dwindling. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I believe the support staff does their very best to buffer how some of the senior Nurse Practitioners Have become brazen and calloused.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One in particular. WHO was the kindest, sweetest young lady a couple of years ago.... and has slowly grown bitter. They are absolutely terrible at communication. It's impossible to get into contact with them and they have no sense of urgency, even regarding things that are very important to address quickly such as testing and prescriptions. They also constantly used the wrong name during an appointment and continued doing so even when corrected. read more

I have an NP at One Peak. I have seen her onetime and really liked her. The major issue is communicating with this doctor practice. When I do get help via the call center,the phone people border on rude. Yes. I cancelled appts last month. My husband had a medical emergency requiring hospital stay of two weeks. Well, that cancellation is recorded by One peak. Then I was asked if my doctor ordered my blood test follow up. Yes. I do not make doctor appts because I enjoy them. I make them because they are necessary. I am tempted to go looking for a different clinic. Not quite sure if I like One Peak. They did sell me 4 products during my one visit. Sometime recently it became impossible to actually reach a person in the Eugene clinic -- only a central call center. Had to resort to leaving a msg re: a med to be relayed w/request for rapid call back. It took 2 days to get a TEXT MSG. I hear phones ringing when I'm in the waiting room, but NO chance to know a working number. Since my clinic is only open T-F, tough deal if you have a Wed appt. DO NOT bother with this group. I was refered thru my carrier as a location that was accepting new patiens which in my area is a tough adventure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally got an appointment when I set up time and date I was extremely clear that I was looking for a primary care physican as my doctor had retired after 40 years, They assured me they could help, set up the soonest appoint availble which was over 2 months[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So at thier request I showed up 30 min prior to fill out paperwork which did take a bit more than 30 min.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I went into exam room girl did BP and used a broken pulse ox. asked what I was here to talk to doc about , explained this was first visit to set up as a primary care and I had a couple issues I would discuss with doc reguarding pain management for my arthritis which is half way up my spine and in my left hip, I do have a pain specilists but I had concerns as to treatment and wanted to discuss other optioons. She left room came back in about 10 min later and informed me the doc specilized in hormone therapy and menapause issues and wasnt able to assist. So after wasting 2 months thinking I had an appointment with a primary care faciltator the so call medical professional didnt even enter the room. So I was a bit upset and after having wasted so much time with these guys and after reading other reviews of this group Im glad I got out so quick. I have yet to be at a location that is particularly helpful or particularly knowledgeable. I have visited the Roseburg and Eugene/Coburg locations multiple times) with the new systems it's even worse. You can never get a hold of anyone even if it's urgent and after driving over an hour to get to a location was turned away and told I need to reschedule. After trying to call twice and leaving msgs not being able to contact anyone in person. I feel that this is unacceptable. I will not be returning. read more

The people are great, BUT the CARE IS NOT. They overcharg for services.. They require lots of unnecessary labs that are NOT COVERED. They can not READ those labs either. They require unnecessary tests that are NOT MEDICALLY required. None of the providers are doctors, and some should not be allowed to practice. I was a patient with them for 5 yrs for hormone therapy. Started out well ended badly. My health is worse than it ever was. They screwed up my hormones so bad that I need to see a specialist. You can not reach them by phone. They do not call you back. I love the staff and the providers here but oh my god they are awful at communication. I sign up for an appointment online, they never get back to me. I stay on hold for an hour on their phone line, multiple times a day, multiple days a week. They might as well unplug their phones because they will not for the love of god pick up the damn phone. one peak medical eugen. i saw lisa williams for over a year desperately needing hormone replacement therapy. every blood draw same thing you need hrt therapy. i signed to have my records sent to opm they claimed that they would not respond. i got my records and in fact took 26yrs of medical records and handed them to the nurse. this was aprox 4" of file's. i ended up changing to opm springfield hoping to get proper medical treatment. i went to pick up my 26 years of files only to find out they destroyed the entire file without my permission. i have filed a complaint with insurance and medical board. one peak medical is from my experience a high priced vitamin boutiques and weight loss center. i'm not happy at all with these medical facilities. read more

Unlike other reviews I've had great experiences here. Dr.Dee is very helpful, and the entire staff has been great. They are friendly, they are informative but still get to the point, wait times are never very long, lab draws are quick in and out, and nutrient injections whenever you need are a huge plus. I have recommended OnePeak to many people. The office itself is also conveniently located and a clean, welcoming space. read more
