While finishing up putting my old window back in, I brought up the scratch and he acted like it was nothing and said he could fix it. He then said, "What if I go around the Tesla and find other scratches?" basically trying to justify the damage he caused. He even said he would scratch his own car if that would make me feel better. He finished putting my OLD cracked window back in, meaning I was still stuck with the same cracked window I was paying to have replaced. Then he starts talking about how he normally doesn't come out on Sundays and says I should go to someone else because now he would be breaking even. Then he tells me if I want him to come back, I would have to pay him MORE. He also told me I'm complaining like his girlfriend. That's when I told him to get the f out. He left. After he left, I checked the car and found out the passenger speaker wasn't working. I also found the piece holding the speaker to the door was broken. Yelp has a great feature that helps you find a businesses to help with certain needs. I created a project request on Yelp and was expecting to get a response in the morning when shops are open. To my surprise Quick Auto Glass responded to me within 10 mins. They gave me an estimate and the time of their business hours. They open at 8am and I arrived at 8:30. There was only one guy at the shop and he spoke little English but immediately got on the phone and told his partner I was there and gave him my vehicle information. He then told me "window on way" and he started vacuuming up the broken glass and doing the prep work. About an hour later his partner arrived with my window and with the prep work done he was able to install the window in about 10 mins. I was charged the estimated price I was given, plus tax of course. My only complaint is when I got home and was looking over everything I noticed a good amount of glass still under my seat. She showed me the different tint levels, took my keys, and they got to work. They transferred all my stickers, toll tags, and devices to the new windshield, tinted both front windows, and everything came out clean! All of that for only $291! $291! Everybody else wanted nearly double, and apparently my underwear too! I didn't even need to ask about a military discount because the price was already more than fair.
