Mr. Le was contracted to work on my deceased mothers home. He guaranteed that the work would be…read moredone in 7 days and understood that we would be staying in the home while the work was done. Mr. Le was only there part of the time - he went over the time frame agreed too and was very disrespectful of the fact that we were in the house and working through my mothers estate. He threw away things that were still perfectly good, put trash on the gardens in the rear of the house and had residue on the front lawn. Towards the end the Real Estate agent had to babysit him for 3-4 days to ensure that the work was done. He calls himself a renovation company however, when he took out bathroom cabinet's and put in a shorter cabinet, he didn't repair the wall behind because it was required - it was the way that things were. He painter's over-sprayed on cabinets and floors, tile and carpet, and didn't clean up after themselves. The carpet people left nice furniture outside during rain. It was a total mess. In addition as we were trying to move and go through things he put everything in trash bags and damaged some jewelry that was sentimental from my mother. (I know for a fact that he would not have stood for the type of respect he afforded our contract and my situation with the death of my mother). If you hire him, do so at your own risk and be sure that you spell everything out. He will definitely tell you it isn't his fault.

It was more of "sorry you feel that way" and to vehemently defend himself. Sorry, taking that tone is never a successful strategy and not how to build and sustain lasting business or any kind of lasting relationship. I consider myself a reasonable, understanding and forgiving person and don't like to give out negative reviews. I have even changed ratings from 3 stars to 5 stars because the owners kept their pride in check and stood behind their guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction. I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."

We discovered an issue underneath the cabinets, visible with close observation.Our floor was uneven and their work left us with a gap underneath the cabinet visible from a distant front view. I should have seen it on completion of the work, unfortunately I didn't see it until I was deep cleaning six months later and noticed the issue. I contacted the company, they came looked at the issue acknowledged the problem told us they would email some solutions! I have yet to hear from them, I reached out via text again no response. A small issue we are still waiting for a response with a fix ,it's been about a month Today Kitchen and Bath fixed the above issue. The job looks complete and well done.
