The 1st time he pruned my palm trees, brought out great crew, awesome job. Then he said if he comes out every 6 months with less fronds it becomes less for bi-yearly than waiting for one time large load. He showed up for 2nd pruning, small crew 2 guys, started work before I got home, they were trying to bounce palm frond off the fiber optic internet cable that crossed the alley to my house, I suggested not doing that but he continued. Next day line fell, blocked alley while I was gone, no trash or recycle pick up plus no internet for 4 days. Three days prior to palm pruning I had Glass Repair Company come out for 2nd quote to caulk other windows after fixing all broken windows in July, then 7 days later they came back to caulk. They noticed 3 windows were broken in living room adjacent to palm that was pruned.
