I went to get my 6 year old daughter a polish change and the older lady was extremely rude! She snatched her by the arm to pull her closer if she wasn't close enough, would yank her hands and fingers and speak in another language talking about my daughter as she pointed to her yelling so it made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. I asked my daughter if she was ok and she said no she wanted her to stop! Kindness is FREE it doesn't cost you anything! It makes no sense to be so rude when you're apart of a business and especially to children! read more

I've been here a couple of times and I must say, they do a good job with their nails aesthetically but it breaks off after a couple of days. I started getting the dipped nail polish and decided to try them out. At other places, I literally have to go in to take them off but after I got mine done here, three days later, the dipped polish started to chip off. My aunt who went with me had the same experience but hers took two days to fall off. read more

It's an older salon however it's relaxing and clean. Not much chatter, everyone is about their business and catering to their customer. Staff is friendly and courteous. There's enough staff on a Saturday that you can have your manicure and pedicure completed at the same time. That's a plus because you can be in and out in half the time. It might be too early but the chemical odors are not very strong or over bearing. (This is my first time so I'm not sure this is the norm on Saturday.) My pedicure was relaxing. The nail salon manicurist took her time and was gentle on my feet. I've been to some salons where they are rushing in and out like cattle and working on your feet like you have hooves. (I have decent feet so all that is not necessary.) I guess this must be a good spot for men as well. This is the most men I've seen in a salon on one day for a manicure and pedicure. Yes, men feet need love too! My pedicures are simple so I can't speak on any other nail services such as gel, acrylic, designs, etc. I did see woman leave with nicer eyebrows than they came in with. IJS. Will definitely visit again. Not the top of the line ambience but it's definitely relaxing and worth the money. I rather meek surroundings, Take my time, perfectionist, friendly staff and good service than high price surroundings, flatscreen tvs , fish tanks, loud noise, moved around like cattle, not getting my monies worth service. Went there yesterday, most of the time I went there for my eye brow waxing and facial waxing. But very disappointed as I questioned the lady if she sanitized the chair before I laid down she told me yes I could clearly see that it was not , there is plastic over the chair firstly if she did then there would of been some moisture on the chair after wiping it still, there was the previous clothe was still on the chair at the head side of the customer she seem to. She wanted to show me what she use, she told me she sprayed it down then I asked her show me what you used, she could not find a bottle then she went looking for something found some kind of small bottle at the bottom of the draw I knew clearly she was not telling the truth because this was not a spray bottle she showed me! When I questioned her she told me I can leave if I am not happy, I told her it's not about Covid it's something you supposed to be doing after each client!! Clearly they have a lack of hygiene practice here!! Not happy at all will not return!! read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. First, I called in for an appointment only to have them make me wait for 30 minutes before getting started on my pedi. The people who work here don't understand how to file or shape nails. My pedicure ended up being the worst I've ever seen and I left with smeared nail polish on my nails and all over my foot and my nails filed unevenly. At one point, the technician was using a cuticle nipper to cut my toenails and then proceeded to move on and not file them down. Now, on some toes, I have a straight edge. I was also planning to get my shellac redone, too, but decided against it as there were several others around me upset and complaining about theirs. They were already in the process of removing my previous shellac, though, and they destroyed my nails so much to the point where my nails now have scratches all over them and the edges are thin and ripping. I probably could've done a better job painting my toes with my eyes closed and would warn everyone against going here unless you want to leave with your nails unhealthy and completely ruined. read more

I have never left a review on yelp but I felt compelled to do so now. I went to Only Nails to have acrylic fills, the technician did a terrible job she was sloppy I had product all over my nails and when she was finished they were thick and unsightly. The technician asked me whether I was satisfied with her work I responded no, her manager instead of addressing the issue instead tried to clean around the nails. I asked for someone else to fix the actual acrylic and was told next time. Their customer service is deplorable, I actually had to go home remove the polish and file them down myself. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!! read more

I would give them a five but every time I came for my gel it was ordeal. Couldn't find my color or took forever finding it BUT the pedicures are bomb and on point no complaints. I've been coming here for more than 15 years and I've never been disappointed! Best pedicure and manicure ever. The ladies are kind and gracious and don't hurry you through. Great little nail shop! They always do a great job and will fix anything if you are not satisfied. They offer a variety of waxing options. They also do parafin(?) wax for your hands and feet. The best service at this shop? Eyebrow waxing!!! All the waxing is done by donna and she is awesome!! Dont believe me?? Show up to get your eyebrows done on a Thurs of Friday afternoon.. be very careful!!! apparently if you are white they do the crappiest job ever!!!!! (my sister and i are white, and my cousin is mixed and 99% of their customers were not white or bright) my sister and i went with our cousin to get a full set and "deluxe" pedicure and they cut off my sisters toenail, with out asking, and cut part of my actual toe off!! (yes part of my toe!) i specifically told the lady "you are on my skin, that is my skin, not my nail, you are cutting my toe, stop you are cutting my skin, stop!!!" but still continued to keep cutting, therefore removing a large piece of the side of my actual toe resulting in gushing blood, so i say "give me some isopropyl alcohol" then she simply says "oh, i sorry" then keeps cutting, i told her "no more cut" an and she still kept trying to cut. most traumatic pedicure experience i have ever had, then $35 for a "deluxe" meaning a little scrub on one side of your foot, and thats all you get for callus removal, i still have cracked heels, and rough patches all over my feet, even after the paraffin wax!!!! worst pedicure experience i have ever had, and they didnt even try to give a discount, worst pedicure service ever, and the other women did not care. chair only massages for 15-20 mins max, and you cannot control massaging setting so its either all or none!!!! i go to a nail salon to relax and let my stress and worries dissipate away, but i had to stare at the pedicurists to ensure they did everything sanitary and with out more trauma to my sister and i. if you want a good set of nails (solar) ask for linda or kay, they are the only "educated" nail techs, and they are the only cause of me not walking out with a free "pedicure" if thats what you want to call it, considering the cracks and calluses they left, didnt even try to remove it. my baby sister can do a better scrub job than they did. the only positive aspect of my visit was my nails being done, i had kay and she did an outstanding job on my full set of solar nails, they are perfectly shaped, smooth with no rough or jagged edges, it fits well with my nail bed and looks feminine but semi prominent like i prefer. she was very nice and asked before she preformed any extra tasks on my nails/hands (like they are supposed to) on to my sister, she has spent a long time growing her toenails to a good length, and her pedicurist, just randomly chopped off all of her toenails, without asking!!!! (i have never had anyone preform a task with out actually at least inquiring before) my sister takes pride in having long beautiful perfectly shaped toe nails, and it was just taken away like there was hate or something going on. linda did her nails, and did a marvelous job with the decorations and all!!! also, some of the pedicurists do one foot/leg at a time (puts mask/scrub on 1 leg then after the hot towels get cold, they go to the back, (with the cold towel still on you) and goes and gets another hot towel and comes back and puts the scrub/mask on your other leg then removes the ice cold towel from your 1st leg. and be prepared for their "massage" they began by aggressively hitting your leg unexpectedly and then barely massages your feet, even though i asked to do my feet instead of my shin bones. i have slight bruises on my shins from her repeatedly hitting my bones still again i asked for her to do my feet instead but once again she acted like she could not understand me, and i speak very clearly and in good english... (they could understand the other customers perfectly though) and if you want any type of wax be sure to call 1st to ensure there is someone that actual can do the waxing when you go, since my cousin had come 5 times and the one person out of the entire staff that can do waxing was never there. when i asked when she would be back i was told "she makes her own schedule, so im not sure". well i feel if you are not sure when the wax person is going to be working why would you advertise waxing on your window??? anyways, if you are not white (or appear to be) you will probably be treated 1000% better, but do not get the pedicures unless your feet are already pedicured, and ask for linda or kay when you get a full set!!! read more
