I went yesterday and Mai gave me a gel cat eye that peeled off before 24 hours, ait was sloppy, uneven, missed nail coverage and the design I requested was invisible. I made a second attempt the next day which again resulted in poor craftsmanship, blotchy sloppy painting and a tacky, crooked, gem filled "V". My go-to nail tech is Amy; she embodies what true customer service is and listens to what you are wanting to achieve. Update: Added a picture of the cracked gel after two days. Have fallen off tremendously. Don't tell you they're charging for things like shaping (which you would think would be included in the basic cost of these expensive nails). Literally they find any excuse to tack on extra money. I'm afraid to breathe inside the shop because they'll probably charge for that too. And then the nails aren't even good after she spent over an hour and a half on them (see below for reference). Will not be back-gel manicure chipped 2 days after getting it. Made an apt for 4 and didn't get serviced till almost 4:45 then the woman doing my toenails didn't use gel on my toes so I had to speak with the man at the front about getting them redone and get back into to chair for another 20 minutes. The ladies working there were very nice and I LOVED how many color options they had for gel polish but the quality of the work was terrible. Update: 1 week after my manicure almost all my nails were chipped and I was able to complete peel off the "gel" polish from my nails. Normal gel has like a death grip on your nails and you have to fight/soak your nails to get it off...not this cheap crap. read more

I love to get my toe nails done here but they can never get my acrylics right. My nail tech was very slopy with his application, applying way too much acrylic over my whole nail and cuticles. when i asked him to fix my nail shape he wasn't able to until the manager stepped in and showed him how to. Due to the sloppy application i asked for my cuticles to be cleaned which resulted in him damaging my nail bed cutting through my nail bed and into my skin, I immediately felt pain while he was drilling told the nail tech i was feeling pain but he continued to shave off more nail. I am continuing to feel excruciating pain. I spent $80 to get my nail bed destroyed!!!! also my gel polish flaked off the 1st day went back to fix it and it peeled again. read more

My experience here was decent and I might return. I had an appointment and I still had to wait approximately 30 minutes after my scheduled time which had me annoyed after a long stressful day at work. My nails currently have permanent indentures where the last nail place I went to jacked up my nails. I'm giving this establishment 3 stars because the young man that did my mani/pedi was so sweet and he did an amazing job on my destroyed nails. The color that I had originally chosen was too light to cover up the indentures on my nails. I appreciated the fact that he made me aware of this and was kind enough to pick out a color that would cover up the lines in my nails. It sits right off of 75 and Forest Lane. The nail shop is decorated and kept quite neatly.It has a Italian and Tuscan theme to the nail boutique. The staff is quite friendly and are very skillful in their craft. They do have quite a bit of people working there so they are able to service you quickly. I hardly ever have a wait time. They do have complimentary soft drinks and wine for you as you are getting your nails or toes done. I would say pricing they are fair and pretty competitive to other nail salons in the area. They treat their customers quite well and have a regular customer to show for it. Came in for a pedicure a few weeks back on a weekday and was seated right away. The place, service and massage chairs were all fine, and it seemed sanitary. But, I just didn't love my pedicure. The technician got a bit over exuberant when cutting my toenails and pushing back my cuticles. It hurt.... And I spent the next couple weeks worried about getting a hangnail. In fairness, I didn't get one but it felt like I would. Also, the polish chipped earlier than usual per my past experience. I asked for straight square nails. I asked the tech if she could do it she said okay. she cut me up and kept going over the spot even tho she seen blood was already being drawn. she just kept cutting my skin off and more nail. She said it was an ingrown toe nail but i didnt walk in there hurting or bleeding however i left hurting and bleeding. My feet would flinch back bc of how much it hurt and she put acetone in my wound. I was alone and didn't have my glasses on so i left thinking the actual french wasnt to bad , but i left knowing i hated the shape of the nails . they are unevenly filed . they are unevenly painted. this is thw ugliest my toes have ever looked and it physically hurts to walk bc of how swollen and irritated my nails & toes are. never will return and never would i recommend this place to anyone who wants good and pretty. i was refused a refund and was just told to "come in so i can take a look" he said he remembered me once i said i was bleeding so why do i have to come in again if you know your techs cut me up and left me like this?? why cant you just issue a refund? what is there to look at? if you think im going to let you near my open wounds again with a drill and more acetone your crazy. wearing socks literally hurts so much rn but i have to bc its cold. this is the most awful shop ever with horrible service. read more

I thought I had found a great nail place near home, I'd been to a few people in the salon and they do pretty well. Until my last visit, they can get pretty rude. I brought my daughter in for her first full set, I had asked the woman to make sure that they are short and appropriate for her. She tells me " I'm going to do whatever she wants me to do!" I told her No! My child is 12 and she will get whatever her parent thinks is appropriate. My daughter told me that when I sat down to do my pedicure that the woman whispered to her that she will do long if she wants it. Long story short after I soaked the dip off my nails I noticed a green spot on my nail bed, which was not there 2 weeks prior. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

I come here to get my gel pedicures because they are convenient and affordable. The nail tech. usually does an excellent job no matter who I have. They offer beverages and even wine to patrons. I think they have recently added a margarita machine. What I love the most is that they use liners in the pedicure basins between customers. I took a star off because I don't like when they do manicures and pedicures at the same time. In my experience, the manicure usually lacks in quality. Plus, the manicure tech. imposes on the arm space of the people in pedicure chairs on either side of you. read more

So today I was not happy with the service I got today. If it wasn't for Amy who works here I would never return but unfortunately she seems to be the only one who can do my nails. I always come here but I took a long break cause of personal reasons and when I finally returned yesterday I was not received or welcomed in a friendly manner. So I have watched how they receive other customers and I have come up with why they treated me poorly today and yesterday. It seems as though they go by how you look and if you look like you have money then you are treated so well. For example if you walk in with a Louie Vuitton purse then you are treated like gold. If you are a Caucasian you are treated like gold. If you are African American and look average like me but have money lol then the manager does not greet you. Meaning you are looked at and asks how can I help you? Instead of saying "Hello welcome to our establishment!!! How can I help you? Sir or ma'am! Well let me tell you how customer service should be- Everyone should be treated equally. We are going into 2019 and no one should be treated poorly simply because of the color of their skin or what they have on. I have a couple of Louie purses as well but because I didn't have it on me today doesn't mean I should not be treated well! And it makes me mad because I am a loyal customer who always tips well. Sad! Next thing is ... you should speak to every customer who walks through your door regardless of what they look like. You would be surprised that the person who looks like a homeless person could be the richest person ever but that day they decided to dress down. So don't judge a book by its cover. I am honestly very disappointed and the unpleasant customer service I received from the manager (male) was very surprising to me because he has never behaved that way to me. I hope he learns to treat every human being equally and not focus on looks or material things such as how they are dressed or what kind of purse they have on their shoulder. I have no choice but to come back because Amy is the only nail tech that can do my nails right. If I was just rating her .. then she would be a 5 star but because I was treated not so well by the manager and he seemed to have a bad attitude towards me as a customer and he did not treat me the same as everyone else who he thought had more money then I rate this place a 1 star. I haven't felt this bad in a while and today you reminded me that this world we live in still have people who are not kind to people simply because they are not white or they don't look rich. My experiences in Frisco were lack luster compared to this salon! I went back on a whim after year this past Saturday because I was tired of not getting my nails exactly like I like them. No matter who does my nails my nails always come out perfect. I'm always given great service and the staff and the owners are always so sweet. The nails were 25 dollars and they looked like trash, I have to now go to another nail salon so they can get fixed because I wasn't going to sit there and argue with someone that can't understand anything I'm saying. I really enjoy their Signature pedicures. I found this place when I moved here in August and have only done pedicures. I finally decided upon a gel manicure but as beautiful as the design was, the manicure didn't even last 10 days before beginning to peel. I had to peel off half the gel as my hair was getting stuck underneath while washing my hair.
