This salon is located inside of Forestville mall near the Target. It's a hit or miss here, nothing special here just like most other nail salons. The employees are pretty nice and only half speak English per usual. I only use 2 techs when I visit Only Nails---Daisy, and I don't know the other ladies name, but she sits directly across from Daisy. They both comprehend very well---I like that. I have yet to get someone who can do a good pedicure. For some reason none of them seem to speak English---which is a bit frustrating. They keep some music videos on the TV for entertainment, which helps you get by. Prices are ok, and since the salon is located inside of the mall, the salon has mall hours. David is fantastic! He has done my fill-ins twice and both experiences were great! He is thorough, gentle, friendly, and pays close attention to detail. I have absolutely no complaints. And the salon is modern and clean. My only complaint is having to watch UK's Got Talent on loop. But I can get over that. David is my go to from now on! read more

This is a place you come to for convenience and cost. I only come here because I like basic nails and don't want to spend $100 every 2 weeks. I normally get short and square nails maybe 1-2 colors depending on my mood. I get a pedicure here about once a month. They are usually busy when I go (after 6pm or weekends). I know it's never going to be a quick in/quick out. There are 2 techs who are good with "designs" both are younger women. The rest don't have super "steady" hands for creating great lines. I can only speak to this as my bestie has been going here a lot longer than I and she put me up on game. I continue to go here but always consider the saying "you get what you pay for." read more

This so called "Nail Salon" Only Nails is by far one of the WORST salons I've been to in my life. I showed the lady an inspiration picture ( VERY SIMPLE French tip). She was confident she could achieve design pictured. I should have known she was not capable of achieving desired look, as she started all wrong shaping my nails nothing like the picture. Of course she fixed it after I spoke up. She preceded to do the French tip which had be taken all the way back, you would have thought I never showed her the picture let alone her taking a picture of the picture with her phone having it open while doing my nails for reference. When I spoke up again old girl had an attitude stating it wouldn't be exactly like the picture. Ma'am why didn't you say that in the beginning. Then the guy came over, said something in their language and had the nerve to tell me my nails looked nice. I explained to him where I needed my nails to go from there. He said he would order the little gold sticker for next time ( which it wouldn't be a next time). I told him ordering the gold stickers was unnecessary to achieve what it was I wanted. I even drew how to achieve the French tip I wanted with the supplies they had. I watch enough nail tutorials to know they were feeding me BS. By this time the lady had a major attitude, the way she was putting the top coat all over my finger was enough for me to walk up out of there. The UV light made my fingers burn like crazy not one apology was issued. If she wanted my money without providing me great service she should have said that. Im sure she didnt sanitize her tools afterward! Very disappointed... I was turned away because apparently they didn't want to find the time to fix ONE NAIL.... again "1" nail ... I got there 20 minutes before they closed and still turned away... DO. NOT. COME. HERE!!!! This place is very messy, very unclean and the chairs and equipment are old and rundown. I came here on a whim bc it was conveniently next to Target, but I regret it so much! The tech was arguing in a foreign language (full on screaming) to another tech across the room, but does she realize I'm right in front of her? It was so uncomfortable! I initially requested for a gel manicure but just changed it to basic polish just to get out of there as fast as I could! I was FLOORED when the tech took the bowl of acetone that my hands were in and POURED IT BACK IN THE BOTTLE that it was in!!!!!!! I can't speak for the whole shop, but I only needed one time for me to know not to come back. I requested a pedicure and a gel fill in. The guy doing my nails had a horrible attitude and was either inexperienced, or just didn't know what he was doing. I managed to get through the pedicure, where I first noticed his attitude. Went to get my gel fill, he was very slow in doing my nails, kind of like a little kid doing a chore that he really didn't want to do. His phone rang and he stopped doing my nails to take this 10 min phone call. As he's filling my nails in, he's only filling in the very bottom of my nail. I asked why he wasn't taking it all the way to the tip of my nail, he said if he did that then that wouldn't be a fill, it would be a full set. I've never had just the bottom of my nail filled, especially as sloppy as he was doing it. His attitude got worse and I told him I wanted someone else to do my nails. He just left me sitting there. I waited about 10 mins....decided to pay for my pedicure and leave. As I was leaving someone offered to do my nails, by then I was over it. DO NOT EVER COME HERE! The most rude, unprofessional, sloppy work ever. To focus solely on my nails it has been two days and my middle finger split and broke while I was unlocking my locker. The prices are outrageous for the trashy service! They can't even do to the basics right. I waited for two hours for nails that didn't last two days AND I paid $50! My nails aren't even even! One middle finger is longer than the other, it hurt while she was doing them, and she didn't even polish my whole nail! Only two people did full sets in the salon and that's what everyone wanted! If I could give negative stars I would. I left my bank card in the car and only had cash so I decided to just get a fill-in and polish. The guy doing my nails caught an attitude and did a terrible job on my nails. I was just too mad to remember to take a picture of the messy job. I also brought my own Essie polish and when he was done doing the terrible job, he put my polish on the shelf, without me knowing, with the rest of their polishes and left. When I asks the shop supervisor about my polish she act like she didn't know what I was talking about and walked off. So I sat for 10 minutes until he returned to get my polish. I came here for a pedicure. There were 2 people ahead of me. They got helped after a while of waiting. Other customers came in and they asked who needed a pedicure and took them to get their work done before me (after I had been sitting for a while). I was then charged additional money without being asked at the time of my pedicure procedure (such as used a dead skin grader) an extra $5 they will tag on to your total. PLEASE BR AWARE. Went here because it was on my way home from work. I arrived it was nearly empty there was an older lady that did my fill in she cut my finger so bad with the nail file blood started gushing out of my finger that she cut smh. She then puts some green antiseptic that stops bleeding on it. OMG it burned like fire from the pit of hell on my finger. She did this without telling me it would burn of course. She shaped and did my nails terribly!! She then goes to put the white nail file that she cut me with (which has ALOT of visable blood on it) back into her draw to use on the next customer! DISGUSTING! I told her there was blood on it and she opens the draw and with an attitude slams the bloody nail file in the trash! This place is VERY unsanitary if you get a pedi here you might as well cut of your foot now! RUN for the hills do not come here!
