And I'm glad I went. Ken did a "happy feet" pedicure and suggested this jelly soak add on and it was lovely. Ken's massage and scrub was everything! Loved the detail he put into the massage. Do not waste your time and money. They got rid off the OPI gel colors and they stopped doing the mini massages on pedi and manicures. I've come here for years and 70% I'm dissatisfied with the service. It's my fault for continuing to come back! 0/10 recommend read more

I went a couple of months ago and it was really good and this time I left very disappointed. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to have them redo it. She did offer to repaint them. But if you're paying $60 for a pedicure, why not paint them right the first time? I was there for over an hour and to walk out with smudge nail polish is really disappointing. I also sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to dry use the spray, and they're still a bit soft. A lot of their nail polishes look old so I think it's likely the nail polish and somewhat the technique. But either way I could not recommend a place where 50% of the time you have a disappointing result. If you do go, I would not recommend Anna. I don't think she cares about what it looks like and I prefer working with technicians who will make sure their work is good before they get up and walk away. She also never said goodbye so I had no idea how long I was supposed to be waiting. read more

The is place is terrible. It's dirty - I dropped my black bag on the floor and there was white dust on it; the table and and light fixture have not been cleaned. The metal tools are not properly sterilized. The nail files and motorized nail files are reused on customers. The nail technician has not been professionally trained. The towel that was laid on the table during my service was put back on the table after I was done. They don't even have nail drying drops so a few of my nails have smudges on them. I've been going to this salon for the past two years. The salon ownership has recently changed (Spring 2026), and the service and quality is not what it used to be. I recently visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The salon was noticeably dirty and disorganized, and the instruments being used did not appear to be clean or properly sanitized. Several tools still had nail debris from the previous customer, which was very concerning.After my pedicure, my heel was still rough with visible dry skin, and there was no effort made to remove the dead skin. The nail polish selection was old and outdated, and the nail stations themselves were dirty and poorly maintained.Based on my experience, I do not recommend this establishment for any services. The lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene is unacceptable. This place needs significant improvement before it should be allowed to operate. Very disappointing and frankly, gross. read more

I went here randomly since I was already in the area and got amazing service here. There was no wait time and my tech did a great job. Ricky removed the UV gel set I already had and gave me a this full acrylic set. He took his time shaping them exactly how I wanted and made sure to keep checking with me to see if I liked it. I will never be back and will never spend a dime here again! Today had by far the worst manicure and pedicure experience that cost over $100.00. The nail tech today was extremely disappointing. She did not do any of the services that were described under services for pedicures, and the painting job was horrible ( will spare the photos of pedicure). I tried to ask nicely on multiple occasions for her to redo or please slow down. She placed the UV dryer over my color three times and ruined my color. She also soaked my nails in Acetone for over 45minutes. Which made my natural long nails extremely soft. I wanted to cry because of how bad they looked after two hours and how uncomfortable I felt. The gel is already peeling off and not to mention now my hands and feet burn because of her over-treatment. Horrible job! read more

Terrible experience! I went this past weekend, and I'm extremely disappointed. They rush through everything without paying attention to detail. I specifically asked them to remove as much dead skin as possible, but the technician barely did anything and seemed more focused on finishing quickly rather than doing a thorough job. The nail polish was also low quality--it took forever to dry, and within two days, it was already chipping. Definitely not worth the time or money. If you're looking for quality service, I'd recommend going elsewhere. ** forgot to mention that after giving a 20% undeserved tip, the "technician" seemed upset as if she was expecting more and didn't even thank me for it. This place is NASTY when it comes to customer service. I am literally sitting outside leaving a review. Hellens work is subpar and I was there for 3 hours. Leins attitude is DISGUSTING and that's not even a word to to really describe what I encountered during my service. My regular girl at a different place was busy so I came here... I got my nails and a pedi it took 3 hours then I went to pay with Apple Pay which the business accepts and I used two different cards in my wallet and it would not accept. I was then asked if I had cashapp which I do not. So then I offered zelle. I was given the information, I entered in her phone number, it asked for email. I advised it asked for email and Lein began to be EXTREMELY hostile says "it doesn't ask for email" although it's showing as a requirement to send to a new recipient. She gave me her email with an attitude. I used the email she provided and it stated pending. I showed her the confirmation text, my bank account where it was all sent. She told me I had to wait until she received it and she did not... her attitude was so disgusting and gross and nasty from our initial encounter when I asked how long I have to stay she said until she received it.. again I've already been here 3 hours... my set was not even subpar. She continued t be nasty and I expressed my frustration with her. I ended up leaving in tears and with a horribly done set. I will never come back here, I would never recommend anyone come here. The name and management has changed, but the salon is about the same as before - just a simple, clean, efficient nail salon. I think all of the former nail techs stayed as well. The prices have gone up a bit but they do a good job and are friendly. The only thing I found strange is that they now allow dogs in the salon. It's a little jarring to be relaxing with a pedicure in a massaging chair, and then to hear a dog barking. Also, make sure you have cash for tips (or are prepared to use the atm). read more

Came in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon for a full set and was immediately seated. Honestly I'm very satisfied and would come here again-- the only thing I ding them for is a piece of something painted over my thumb nail, it's not super noticeable tho. The price seems fair compared to other places in the area and the technician was quick + polite. read more

Luna was phenomenal. I absolutely love love love experiencing people who are skilled at their craft. When life gets busy I pluck my own eyebrows at time making them really thin. Luna demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and precision. She was able to clean the unwanted hair and shape my brow in a way that allowed me to have a beautiful shape that made my eyes pop but also left the hairs necessary to allow my eyebrows to grow back to a fuller brow. I waited another four weeks because the shape lasted and I went back again requesting Luna. Once again I was very pleased with the time she took to shape my brows perfectly.
