    Area for check-in.

This is such a wonderful place to relax while I enjoy my pedicure. There's also a lovely area to take pictures if you'd like to check in. A nail salon like this truly deserves recognition.

Love Ken! Great service from him all the time! Jenny is also awesome! I've been coming here for over 5 years, one ownership change in the 5 years. I have tried other salons due to availability but always come back regretting I've cheated on them. Even though this salon is pet friendly, you rarely see animals. Don't let that keep you from coming! This is one of my favorite places to be! #selfcare

I will never be back and will never spend a dime here again! Today had by far the worst manicure and pedicure experience that cost over $100.00. The nail tech today was extremely disappointing. She did not do any of the services that were described under services for pedicures, and the painting job was horrible ( will spare the photos of pedicure). I tried to ask nicely on multiple occasions for her to redo or please slow down. She placed the UV dryer over my color three times and ruined my color. She also soaked my nails in Acetone for over 45minutes. Which made my natural long nails extremely soft. I wanted to cry because of how bad they looked after two hours and how uncomfortable I felt. The gel is already peeling off and not to mention now my hands and feet burn because of her over-treatment. Horrible job!

I absolutely love coming here! Great customer service. They are quick and neat. My nails always come out looking so good ! Sometimes I bring my 4 year old to get her nails done, and they are so patient. We will continue coming back.

This place is NASTY when it comes to customer service. I am literally sitting outside leaving a review. Hellens work is subpar and I was there for 3 hours. Leins attitude is DISGUSTING and that's not even a word to to really describe what I encountered during my service. My regular girl at a different place was busy so I came here... I got my nails and a pedi it took 3 hours then I went to pay with Apple Pay which the business accepts and I used two different cards in my wallet and it would not accept. I was then asked if I had cashapp which I do not. So then I offered zelle. I was given the information, I entered in her phone number, it asked for email. I advised it asked for email and Lein began to be EXTREMELY hostile says "it doesn't ask for email" although it's showing as a requirement to send to a new recipient. She gave me her email with an attitude. I used the email she provided and it stated pending. I showed her the confirmation text, my bank account where it was all sent. She told me I had to wait until she received it and she did not... her attitude was so disgusting and gross and nasty from our initial encounter when I asked how long I have to stay she said until she received it.. again I've already been here 3 hours... my set was not even subpar. She continued t be nasty and I expressed my frustration with her. I ended up leaving in tears and with a horribly done set. I will never come back here, I would never recommend anyone come here. I've uploaded all the photos there was no need for her to be as nasty as she was. I was nothing but nice until she threaten me after being so nasty. No thank you ever again.

My nail technician always take care of me and ask bout my well being every time . been with her for 10 years she takes her time and get it done right. she always do a wonderful job.

What do lovers do when they come back to each other? I've actually NEVER spin the block with anyone…read moreI've ever been with. Ever! This year however has me forgiving people and things. Life is too short. I had another heartbreak this year and my beloved nail tech left my salon of eight years. I was devastated and tried to use other people at the salon but it just wasn't the same. Nails were not done properly. I had to ask around and Bella kept being brought up. Even though I had a terrible experience before I tried it again. I have a class at Golds and with having another trip on the weekend I said, "why not" and "spinned the block". I'm glad I did. I didn't have an appointment but luckily I got paired with Starr and well it's a match! I love his work! Omg! He shaped my nails and cut them all the same length! He's perfection! So the moral of the story is... sometimes chapters close for good reason. I loved my old nail tech and he loved me but something's just end and that's okay. Point in case, I think this nail tech might be a little better. God, the Universe, call it what you want but sometimes a closed door is allowing you to open what you need. This year has been full of unexpected surprises, a great new nail tech is one I'll take as a win in my book. And so in the case of a lost beloved nail tech, as always, she lives happily ever after. I'll be back! I think I found a new place to call home!

Bella Lifestyle Nails & Spa is worth every single mile. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's bright, spotless, beautifully designed, and has more than enough parking (which, let's be honest, deserves its own five stars these days). The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable--you could probably convince me to move into one--and the nail stations are spacious, so you're not elbow-to-elbow with the person next to you. If you're someone who spends 20 minutes trying to pick a polish color...good luck! Their color selection is incredible, and they have a pedicure for just about every mood, budget, and level of "I deserve to be pampered today." Now for the real reason I make the drive...Sky. Sky's attention to detail is simply unmatched. He doesn't rush, he doesn't cut corners, and he genuinely cares that every single nail is perfect before you leave. I've had countless people ask me where I get my nails done, and the answer is always the same: "Bella Lifestyle...and ask for Sky!" Could I find a nail salon closer to home? Of course. Would I? Absolutely not. When you find someone who consistently does exceptional work and makes you leave feeling like a million bucks, you don't let them go. If you're looking for a beautiful salon, outstanding service, and a nail technician who treats your nails like they're his masterpiece, Bella Lifestyle Nails & Spa is the place. Ask for Sky...just don't take my appointment.

The male nail tech seems disgruntled and is low vibrational. The last 3 times he did my nails they either chipped, smudged or 1 nail completed fell off. It's a shame because he has potential to be an excellent nail tech if he can put his ego to the side and learn how to serve his clients. After giving me a new nail set at my last fill in appointment he told me my next appointment will be a new set: I told him no way. They seem to view their clients as walking ATMs--it's an uncomfortable feeling: They constantly badger you to do new sets, gel mani-pedis or expensive "spa" pedicures even after you've told them specifically the kind of services you want/prefer--it's more "them" focused than client focused. Btw,I was never thanked for my $20-$25 tips --ever. This last appointment took the cake--nail tech dude nicked my skin with his super sharp nail tool and blamed MY skin for "growing too close to the nail". This happened after leaving me under the fan for 15 minutes while he enjoyed a phone conversation right in front of me--so I knew it was because he wasn't paying attention--he seems resentful of his customers and unhappy to do this kind of work. When I arrived for my appointment (no such thing really because they treat everyone as a walk-in) he and a young girl didn't move to seat me, I had to ask them if they were working today in order to mobilize them--mind you I was the only customer. That said, I won't be back. I'm big on customer service and positive energy and I pay well for it, but it's not to be found there.

She also worked with another manager at the store and was able to set up my next appointment with a specific tech - I believe it was Emily. Tiffany was very communicative via both text and DM on there Instagram account, which I used to schedule my next appointment. She was also there when I arrived for that appointment to ensure things went smoothly. Emily was very attentive during my service, and ultimately I was happy with this set. I did SNS and Emily finished with a gel top coat. Since I prefer to not have gel that is cured by UV, I may not return regularly. However, this salon has a huge selection of not only regular colors, but specialty colors as well, such as cat eye and jelly polishes. Jelly polishes are definitely on my list to try in the future, so I'll likely be back for that. Eventually the woman comes back and she says "I'm sorry but the masseuse is not coming in today and there is only one person scheduled per day because summer is slow" ?????? I was just sitting there kind of dumbfounded because we didn't know she wasn't showing up before 15 minutes into my service? Mind you, I took off work to come to this so I'm not getting paid and know it's getting cancelled. So she's looking to reschedule me, and I'm like "ok well can I talk to a manager about a discount because this is kind of crazy" and she's like "yea idk maybe they can call you tomorrow". Eventually she comes back and she's like "oh one of the other ladies will come in but not till 11" so I'm like ok...and I asked for snack (bc I was planning on eating after but now it's pushed back an hour). She brings a bar and champagne which was nice, and I sit for 45 minutes waiting for the next lady. I get called back and she's asking how much pressure, I say light pressure and she's like "ok bc deep pressure we will charge you extra!" After I waited 45 minutes for an inconvenience...ok! So, I get on the table, the room is FREEZING like had to ask her to turn it up, she does --it's manageable now but still cold and she gets to work but her hands are absolute ice which took away from the service. Then, she absolutely digs into each and every muscle after i said light pressure--so I ask to lighten it up nicely and she's very nice and tries but it didn't go well. I, then, get into the shower to rinse off and I put the water all the way to hot bc I'm cold from the room---it's all the way on hot and the water is cool at best. I'm in there like shivering. I don't know what's going on today but I would implore people to find somewhere else. The employees are very sweet and kind but everything else just made it a subpar experience and for $250+ a service, things like this just should not occur in my opinion.

It shouldn't be this hard to get, and keep my nails done…read more Most of the nail technicians in here are (artistically) talented, however it's SO HARD to make an appointment. I have shared my concerns with the owner and asked her to implement an online scheduling system. She expressed reservations due to the fact that customers may not know what they want, booking one service online and then coming in expecting another. It's a shame to have such a valuable and sought-after product, but simultaneously making it so difficult for customers to get their hands on that product. Booking an appointment has become somewhat of a guessing game. I give them a date and a time of my desired appointment. They tell me that my preferred nail tech is not available, but NEVER say UNTIL WHEN. So I throw out another date. Same thing: Not available. On and on it goes. Instead of providing me with options (namely, telling me the next available date for my preferred nail tech, or other nail techs who have availability at that same day and time), they repeat what they don't have available, or ask me to blindly pick another nail tech that I've never worked with (I don't even know their names because I've never worked with them, so how can I be expected to pick them?). So I'm expected to be both psychic and memorize the roster of the staff here... Just to get an appointment?! In order to book appointments I had to call multiple times over multiple days until someone was able to give me enough information to book an appointment, reach out to the owner on Instagram, and even drive all the way to the nail salon.... JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I tried to make an appointment prior to the holidays before everything got booked up. Myself and another customer stood in line for at least 20 minutes in a practically empty nail salon while the owner's mother did someone's nails before she finally addressed us. Even then, she only handed us a register paper and told us to write down what services we wanted and when we wanted to come in, telling us that someone would call us to confirm (which never happened, by the way). We could have saved a lot of time if she had just asked us to do that and leave the paper on the counter while she finished her customer. After waiting 3 days, I finally called the salon and was told that they did not have my appointment request. Not surprising, given that it was scribbled on a piece of receipt paper that was given to me. Somebody probably threw away thinking that it was trash without following up. I tried to book my next two appointments to avoid this headache and was told that in order to book an appointment with my preferred nail tech, I now have to follow her on social media and DM her to try to book an appointment with her there. REALLY?! Instead of scraps of paper, or having to stalk somebody on Instagram, why not keep an old school appointment book, or even one online? It's really not that hard. These nail techs are also not great with time management. Many of my appointments have had to be rescheduled... For the middle of my work day. (Thank goodness for remote work) One of the (now former) nail techs completely forgot about my appointment and passed me off to somebody else without even acknowledging me or her oversight. Another nail tech pressured me into making an appointment earlier than I wanted, only for her to show up 45 minutes after the appointed time. No phone call, no update, no communication whatsoever. Just me sitting there wondering if this was another canceled appointment that they forgot to communicate to me. I say "another" because I had an appointment with the same technician that she canceled, but the salon did not leave me a message to let me know. The only way I found out is because I wanted to add something onto my existing appointment and when I called the salon, I was told that I no longer had an appointment because that person decided not to work that day. In addition to horrendous time management and the hoops you have to jump through to get an appointment, the nail retention is also poor... And ultimately that's why I chose to get my services done elsewhere. Like I said, artistically some of these nail techs do a good job, but in terms of actual quality of work... Not so much. I tried to make it work, because finding a new nail salon can be a pain. However, I started experiencing substantial lifting of my nails after practically every appointment. At one point, I even developed nail fungus under my acrylic, which one of the nail techs ignored completely and just covered with acrylic, and another who tried to tell me "That's not nail fungus, it's bacteria". Whatever it is, it's not supposed to be under my nails... And it wouldn't be if the work was done correctly. Aesthetically, this is one of the nicer looking nail salons in the area, but looks are deceiving. This salon presents a lot of challenges from a booking, customer service, and quality of work perspective.

Good pics on Yelp, poor communication and treatment/ hospitality…read more. I called to schedule an appointment to ensure they had time for me and they answered yes. I walked in, was rushed to pick a color instead of greeted. Said I could grab some water, which was nice. The mumbling in Viet started as soon as I sat down, could really make you feel out of place. (Just because someone doesn't know the language doesn't mean they don't hear the tone and can pick up on context.) Cut me twice, apologized, and a couple other hiccups that I won't bother to mention. She lightened up throughout time, but I may have to give it a second thought before going again.. I still tipped well because the actual nails came out good. (My total ~$96.00)Not to my like, as she was not easy to tell what I wanted done. Lady came in right to the end of my service with an appointment, and needed to get acetone removed from her hands that lady doing my nails had wrapped in foil and said, "excuse me- can you--" (I'm sure her hands were either hurting or were uncomfortable), and lady doing my nails interrupted her loudly in front of the whole salon, to say she's almost done with me. I felt terrible for her since she had an appointment on top of that. The fact that there's a lot of competitors for you (Nova nails) should push you to improve in timing and care with how you talk to clients and be careful about what you say you can and can not do for a service. I'm still looking for a place that is both well at communicating with clients, and has the skill set for an awesome set. Please remember to treat people kindly. How you make someone feel is really important.
