Jay is honest!! No over selling No BS. I have been going to him for years with different cars and always pleased.

Went in the morning, left the car and came back after few hours. He said the piece doesn't come off, and that he put wd-40 to come back another day and see if it will come off then. So, didn't even bother to call me. Messed up the piece that needed change even more by "hitting it" (his words), and now my car makes a worser noise. Did not disassemble the piece in correct manner, and when I told him that he said more work more money. what???? Why wouldn't you give me a price for the correct disassembly in the first place ! I have been coming to Only One Auto since I got my car in 2012 and sorry I didn't write this review sooner. I even ask Jay (the owner) to consider moving his shop to Seattle, so I don't have to look for a good mechanic when I move. LOL Jay is very personable and selfless. I trust not only the quality of his work but also the honest quotes he gives me. They also have a body shop on one side of the shop for any cosmetic work that needs to be done on your car. MAX is their mascot :) He is Jay's dog and follows him pretty much anywhere. He's 95 lbs (maybe) but the sweetest and most sensitive dog I've ever met. HE LOVES BELLY RUBS!!... The staff and owner are very experienced and knowledgable here. I had a rear end accident to deal with and they helped me file the insurance claim. I really appreciated that because if there were any mistakes on that form, the claim would probably be denied. My entire experience from start to finish was excellent and worry free. Great shop great job, got into a big accident and he even noticed what the adjuster didn't. On top of that my inspection expired while my car was off the road; he even took care of that without me telling him to. Car now looks better than before the accident. got my front and back bumper painted at the only one auto and body, what a waste of money. They didn't do a good job painting. The biggest mistake they made was that when they took the bumper down to spray the paint, but didn't screw back the bottom cover correct and When I was driving on 95 the bottom cover fell out on the highway and I had to get BMW road side assistance to tow my car to nearest dealer!! How can a professional car repair shop make this kind of mistake??? think twice if you are thinking about this shop, go some where else. read more

I changed Headlight to aftermarket with HID Connection on my 2013 Sorento. Jay helped me on this with superb manner and knowledge base. He foreseen what could have gone wrong, and advise me what I could do in the future if I want to upgrade my fog light or changing settings. I got my stuffs from online, so basically he only installed them for me. The price was more than reasonable compare to other quotes I got from many places. I have been using ONLY ONE for over two years now. I have found them to be upfront with me when repairing my used MAZDA van. They let me know everything that needed to be done to keep my van on the road by giving me an itemized list of needed repairs. In addition they usually go over the list prioritizing the repairs and costing everything so that I am always able to have them done when financially able. They are always helpful and go the extra mile for me so that I can have my van roadworthy without me having to break the Bank. I live in Middletown, NY and feel comfortable coming this far distance to have my van serviced. The repairs on my old van are always first class and I think these guys are genuinely interested in making sure that I am satisfied. Thanks Guys read more
