I am not a person who likes to write bad reviews, but I AM SO MADDD. I went for a brake pad and rotor replacement for the rear and also needed my tires rotated, which they did for me for free, BUT had I known the guy would do a sloppy job taking out the wheel locks I would have never even let them touch any of my wheels. Small scratches are unavoidable okay, but there are scratches by the rims and on the logo. This place sells tires and rims so I expected they would be more careful and meticulous with their workmanship, but I guess not. My friend recommended me this place because they are trustworthy and fast, but if you care a lot about your car or if you're a car guy or gal, I would not bring your car there because they will definitely leave their mark. read more

I paid full price to have all 4 rotors and 2 brake pads replaced on my car. First, the job took nearly 3 hours, which I was patient about. But they only replaced 3 rotors instead of 4. I was also in a rush to get to work, so I couldn't argue much at the time. I called the shop the next day to schedule an appointment to fix the missing rotor, but the person answering the phone hung up on me multiple times. That's completely unprofessional. What makes it worse is that I had already come in the day before just to make the process easier for them since they needed time to get the parts. I trusted them and even made time to come back--but they still didn't complete the full repair I paid for. Final few words for this place: Unprofessional, dishonest, disappointing. Horrible customer service. scheduled online appointment same day for the a.m. call store to ask if I could come early. store said yes. I showed up and was told "no oil". i asked why the store didn't tell me half an hour ago when I called to see if I could show up earlier. store desk clerk denied talking to anyone. the funny thing it was the same damn scruffy annoyed voice I heard on the phone, was the same voice of the person talking in front of me. I first tried to schedule an appointment for this place through their website. I emailed them and received a response that the location I requested does not perform oil changes. Ok, fair enough. They gave me the address for this shop stating that they would handle it. I reached back out asking if I could make an appointment for this location then. I received a response back that no appointments were needed they open at 8am, come whenever. I show up yesterday at 9am and am told that they do not perform oil changes until 10am and that I should have called to make an appointment. When I said that I tried to and was told to come in any time after 8am the guy at the desk barely looked up at me, shrugged and went back to doing what he was doing. I went there to get my tire changed. The kid said that they don't have any used tires. So I bought a new one which was almost $200. After that I left the garage and even paid a generous tip. So after the tire was installed the mechanic said let me take a look at the front wheel it needs air. So I let him put air in the wheel but as he was putting air in the wheel a bunch of other mechanics surrounded him as well. I should have known that was shady. So as soon as I left the place - that same exact wheel started to act up and I had to rush back to the place and they magically found a huge nail on the tire and what do you know ? He already had a used tire ready even though earlier he had said he didn't have any. It doesn't take a genius to understand the shady ness. Absolutely disgusting and will never ever return. read more

I am giving a bad review because they wasted my time and I almost got in few Accidents becauseof them. They said my front end doesn't have any problem, then I went back because my car was feeling very unstable. I went back and they said are the ball joint, good , I adreed and changed them with them. I started to drive right away and l almost got in few Accidents my car moving left and right bad, I went back and they said they were rushing and they didn't do a Wheel alignment after changing the ball joints. So Unsafe!!! They did the alignment and everything was much better but not 100% and my steeringwheel wasn't Aligned, Dam again not a full proper job. Then I went back and Changed the other ball joints and tell them the stearing wheel needs to be aligned. I take the car out after service and ask them twice did you made the steering wheel straight as well? They said yes. So I was happy and started to drive when I noticed the stearing wheel was never adjusted and still crooked, I went back and they said the guy didn't had lunch and rushed and probably didn't made the stearing wheel straight. They took me again in , the guy drove the car and saw the stearing wheel wasn't straight and then they fixed it . But I Wasted at least 10h doing this back and forth and waiting for service plus my drive back and forth here but let's not say how Unsafe it was, What if I would had got in a accident and be dead now??? I have to mention that they didn't charged extra to fix they're mistakes but didn't compensated in any way for wasting my time and putting my life at risk!!! So when you see this disappointed reviews here they are real , I avoided them but I should have listened to them. Came here on a Friday Afternoon. Called ahead for a quote on mounting and balancing 4 tires on my '98 Cabrio. After arriving, place wasn't busy, only one car in front of me being worked on but space for mine to start on. The worker was professional and careful with my rims. While waiting, 2 more cars pulled up, so place does get busy! Whole process took a bout an hour. During payment i was charged exactly what was told over the phone PENDING i paid cash. If you pay with card it'll be 7 or more dollars extra. They were nice enough to hold me id while i drove to the bank to retrieve cash. Place has proper machine and fast turn around time. I went for an oil change. Simple right? how can anyone mess this up? Well, I'll tell you. They didn't replace the oil after draining the old one out. There was a new oil filter but not motor oil. I drove my car with no oil in my car for nearly a month until my car started to shake with a loud tapping noise coming straight out of my engine. Finally, an oil light came on my dashboard and I went to check the oil level in my car. The dipstick was drier than a bone. I went to Autozone to purchase 4 QUARTS of motor oil just my dipstick to reach the max level. No, my car doesn't have an engine leak. I already checked. No drips or pooling under my car. After added the motor oil into my engine, the car immediately running smoothly again and the loud tapping sound went away. Don't go here unless you want them to screw your car up. read more

Went in for a diagnostic check to see what I needed to fix. Horrible service told me should only be a hour, they have a computer that shows the order you are in line. First mechanic said my car was too small for his lift, second guy asked me what I needed fixed than said your gonna have to wait a while longer. 5 people that came after me got checked out before me. 3 hours later Still No help. DO NOT GET A WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE HERE!! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY DO NOT HAVE TRAINED TECHS TO DO IT. Their "professional" Ramon had no clue what to do, was blow torching the tie rods to loosen them on a newer car with only 38K miles. He tries to show me it's "seized" I told him is because he is using the wrong size wrench and hes ruining the hex pattern on it. I loosened it for him in 20 seconds with the correct wrench Yes, I had to do it for him. . He still continues to have problems, makes phone calls, tells me to come back tomorrow, tells me the machine is "broken". Are you kidding me? They do not have professional techs doing the alignment, just any shmo off the street. I leave and the steering and alignment is a complete mess, steering is completely off center and the car pulled to one side. This will ruin your tires so fast. STAY AWAY FROM GETTING A WHEEL ALIGNMENT! I go back to explain my experience and a white Guy with slicked back brown hair shrugs his shoulders, what do you want me to do. Really?? I got the famous line of "come back tomorrow" again to talk to a "manager". I don't care about getting my money back, its the hassle and trouble of fixing the trouble they caused after that. No, your "professional" was clearly not capable of doing the work and you want me to keep letting him do trial and error?? That's not an option. I even said Ill take credit for a future tire change or whatever. They should pay me the extra money I had to pay to have a legit professional do it right and not ruin the car.
