This owner Jack I told him to change the brake fluid and adjust the rear brake after one and a half hour I come back he said I need the front caliber and pad I refuse to have it change and told him to just change brake fluid, I went home and bought a brake fluid check And the device says the brake fluid is old So he didn't change it. I have been fix my car in this repair shop for many years and knows the boss Jack as well, recently I went to inspection on first June Saturday morning, they were not very busy in that moment and just few customers there, his mechanic says that my right front shock was leaking the oil, but I haven't find anything went wrong, then I spent half day to waiting the part coming to install for twice, (first part was not fitting well, and reorder the second part) and they claimed that was not their fault, after that my both front wheels were not going straight on the street when I try to leave there, I returned again and just wanted they can help to fix, unfortunately they haven't wheel alignment service at all. I have to go to dealer to do it again. The bottom line is, I just need the state inspection only and why this shop require me to change the shock and try to make more business, I swear to God I won't be coming back again because I really piss me off!!! read more

Fairly priced repairs and honesty is what I appreciate from this shop. They don't expect you to make unnecessary repairs but bring about issues of concern where necessary. I've compared pricing with other shops and ended up coming back. Of course some parts could be had cheaper but if you could find the part for cheap online buy it and bring it there to have them put it in. Just be forewarned that if it's an aftermarket starter you may be better off paying for oem and having them take care of it. Otherwise you may be out of luck if the bench test works but the car doesn't start once put in. Lesson learned! However, Jack and his guys were very forgiving, and ordered the part ASAP to put me back on road the very next day! read more

First time visor was for inspection. Quick and friendly the owner jack is but second time came with clutch problem, was told master and slave need to be replaced. Tech bled the line and bs me it couldn't build back up pressure before pulling into bay. Man handle the transmission into gear and abused my car into lift bay, ok no problem. Paid 400 and change to master and slave cylinder to get it replaced, came back for car and asked to see replaced parts and they couldn't find the clutch slave cylinder. Will come back for inspection and nothing else. read more

This mechanic is great. Jack is trustworthy, reliable and honest. I never feel like Pace is trying to rip me off and always do a superb job. Once I brought my car in when a piece of metal was slightly dangling on the bottom - Jack simple reattached it and said it was no big deal and didn't even charge me (I tipped him $10).
