I received a prompt response and Candi was very flexible with my schedule, agreeing at first to come to my hotel late night (10:00 pm) and then super early the next morning (7:00 am) due to my dinner running late. She was on time (actually early), set up quickly, paid attention to detail (very important during a spray tan - if you're not paying attention that's how you get a botched job), and incredibly thorough throughout the process. Most importantly, I got a beautiful glow, perfectly even color just a few hours later, with no sign of splotchy hands or feet (always a dead giveaway). Moreover, I'm on day 6 of my tan, I still have color, and it's fading beautifully (not patchy and weird). I'm so pleased with the service I received - can't recommend enough. I made an appointment on Wednesday April 28th at 2:15 pm as I was leaving a tanning session for the next day. Thursday at 9am as this is what fit best with my work schedule. I arrive at 9am. Lights out. Not open for business. I wait as long I can to not interfere with myself being late for work but ultimately had to leave without using the salon. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but this leaves me in a position of paying for a service that I am unable to use at no fault of my own. When is someone going to hold this place to a standard ? Doesn't matter. I won't be around as a customer to find out. I can and will take my business elsewhere. I suggest you hike it across town too if you don't want to waste your money.
