This place is great! The service felt expedited, they were super thorough, fast , polite and professional. The lady up front is well mannered and very knowledgeable. She speaks clearly as well and that's a plus for someone who can't hear that well. I got my tires done in a jiffy and was satisfied with the value. I have one problem. All the information they wanted to do a small tire repair, that cost less than 50$. My address my number my email. I don't feel it's necessary or even required to do business for a vehicle that was not staying in their parking lot for more than 45 mins. Again the service was good the people were knowledgeable in their trade, but I don't think it's necessary for all the info. To the owner your staff and location are great. I brought my vehicle in for a tyre service after work, at approximately 5:00 PM. Despite there being only one customer ahead of me, I waited for over an hour. Another customer came and left with a tyre while I was still waiting. During this time, the staff did not address the tyre issue. Instead, they focused on inspecting and attempting to upsell me on known pre-existing maintenance issues, without my knowledge. All I had was a slow leak! After the extended wait, the only information provided was that the tyre could not be fixed. Crucially, no replacement tyre was offered, nor was there any explanation provided for why another tyre could not be offered. I left the shop after 6:00 PM. They only thing they did was change out the leaking tyre for my donut. The lack of service and removal of the wrong tyre and the aggressive upselling tactics resulted in a total waste of my time. I request clarification regarding your service priorities and why a replacement tyre option was not presented. read more

Went to find out what the loud wobbling noise was when I drive. I was told that there is a $100 diagnostic fee that they now charge, which was new to me bc my kids and husband been going there for yrs when they used to charge $11 for a tire plug. I gave them to go ahead to diagnose it. The girl tells me it's a front pass wheel bearing and costs $1200+. I said "for a wheel bearing?" She said it's for the 96 dollar part+arms+alignment+labor. Well I said that's crippling. She said if nothing else, I must do the bearing and labor bc it's dangerous without,but that costs $450. Well I had to agree since they know people not going to forfeit the 100diag fee.plus I trusted them this far.she did say it's going to be a while,and boy was it. My car sat there for a little over 2hrs when I decided I'll go next door for some fries and was there for 30-40 min also looking up pricing for front wheel bearing and labor. Most ranges were $159-300, or up to 500 if u had a truck or aftermarket parts or something complicated. I wondered why my nisson rogue was close to the 500 range. So I asked the man ringing me up. He said it's bc of the $350 labor and $100 part. I asked if it was a complex job he said no but it's the 2 1/2 labor. I said " I've been here the whole time, only worked on my car for 1hr.max. he said I didn't have to take it there to be fixed. I told him well I'm kind of locked in bc people aren't going to walk away from the $100 fee they charge. The girl chimes in saying " everybody charges a diagnostic fee". I said that's not true at all but.....have a nice day. I will not be a victim of this bogus charge again on top of this completely overpriced shop "tire depot" on spring hill drive. We bought a used tire last night. They sold me a bad tire and totally destroyed my wheel when mounting it. They charged me a $3 tire disposal fee when there was no tire to dispose of (brought them a wheel without a tire). I went in today to get them to replace the bad tire. I tried to talk to the owner about my wheel and he instantly claimed, "wasn't them". He got aggressively defensive toward me when I told him there was nothing wrong with the wheel when I brought it in. A new wheel is going to set me back $500-$1000 for a $67.00 used tire. A good company would have immediately admitted it when it happened (was very obvious) and made us whole. read more

Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Fist off we have had 3 other good experiences with this tire store. Today we took my daughters car in to have the L.R tire replaced due to the tire being out of balance because we add fix a flat to it, so my daughter is a young new mother and was afraid of driving with vibration thinking the tire was going to blow out, as we are explaining to the Service Advisor why we wanted the L.R tire replaced,the advisor asked me what size tires we on the vehicle, we were parked right outside of the front door, so walked out and the Driver side of the vehicle was positioned with the driver front tire was the closest one to get the tire size from, here is where things go wrong. The L.F tire has a slow leak and is worn more than the L.R tire, so what i believe happened is the technician got the truck inside the service department and saw the L.F tire was low on air and was visably worn more than the L.R tire which we were aware the drivers front was in need of repair but she was more concerned with the driver rear causing the vibration and planned on returning to have the front tire replaced in two weeks when she had the money to have another tire put on the front, long story short is i feel the tech thought to.himself that we were mistaken about the front tire was bad and not the back so he inspected the front tire and found the valve stem was causing the slow leak so he replaced the valve and assumed that the job was done, we recieved one call only from the tire shop left on my daughters voicemail telling her the car was ready upon arriving the service advisor told her that they replaced the driver front valve stem because when the tech went to pull the car in the shop the driver front tire was completely flat and the tire was bald, the issue is the Service Advisors instantly went into defense mode trying defened what the tech had done and how it was our fault. I asked why the work we authorized and asked to have completed was not done along with the balve stem in the front tire. I feel that they should have atleast tried to call and tell my daughter what issue they found and let her decide if she made a mistake and she mean the L.F needed to be replaced not the L.R. but that didnt happen they just assumed that what she meant and they repaired the front valve stem and did not touch the L.R until we got there to pick up the car and found out they put a valve stem in the front and thats it. Which was not authorized, like i said mistakes happen but at the end of the day you should be doing the work that is authorized on the work order not what you assume is what needs to he done, they put a tag on the key chain that specifically said silver Patriot replace L.R tire. The service advisor were offended that we would question there decision. The other issue i have because of how rude and rediculous the advisors got over something that they totally are wrong about also the front tire was not flat i just got the tire size from that exact tire and it absolutley was not completely flat, anyways you can go on tire depot plus website and it flat out says and i quote USED TIRES $30.00 INCLUDING MOUNT AND BALANCE, The female advisor which stated she was the store owner told me that was an old advertisement that it says $30 dollars and up, which i then showed her a screen shot of the add and she proceeds to tell us (we have not had $30 tires in she cant remember how long, and the screen shot from there website was old and that it was an old picture a couple years old so the issue is they charged her $35 for the tire and $10 dollars for the mount and balance. One would think over $15 you would rather let a customer walk out of your so called service department which i do not think she is the owner of, because no owner is going to talk to a customer in her tone, when she is wrong anyway you look at the situation because they aasumed we were mistaken which tire we wanted replaced, we all know what happens when you assume anything, its not about the $15.00 its the point now. I hope they understand now that you do what the customer asked you to do and dont assume anything, and honor what your website is advertising dont disrespect your customer because you f'd up. Also remember it cost way more than $15 to get a customer, so you should have been a willing to try and satisfy a customer instead of getting rude over what was a simple misunderstanding and could have been defused really easy, poor management skills. So I'm going to start out with I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews for businesses but this has to be said. I am beyond dissatisfied with this shop I came here as a recommendation and got ripped off. I came to have 4 tires mounted and balanced on rims that I brought in. Unknown by me the lug nuts on my truck wouldn't fit the type of rim that was being put on. So the shop mounted all 4 tires on the new rims then found out about the lug nuts. I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to find lug nuts. They could not so they mounted the tires back on the old rims so I could leave. So I gave up 2 1/2 hours of my day off to sit at a car shop and they charged me $120 for mounting the same tires that were already mounted when I came in on top of that now my tire light is on. I asked the owner so when I get my lug nuts can I come back without charging me another 120 he said no. You will be charged the same. I cannot believe businesses can stay open with this type of customer service. This is wrong and I got ripped off. There used to be a since of pride with taking care of your customers. I've dealt with them twice before this last experience and they were good. This last experience has showed me how they truly run their business. I called to get 4 used tires and asked if they were a set of 4 matching tires and I was told yes. I told them I'd be in that day, I came in a few hours later and was expecting to get 4 matching tires. Well after I leave and get home I decide to take a look at the tires. Each tire is different and one isn't in great shape. (One of the tires already on my car was almost brand new and in better shape than any of the 4 they have me. But i decided to have it taken off to have 4 matching tires or so i thought.) So next morning I call and let them know my issue and that I was told they had the 4 matching tires. Now I'm told it's extra to get four matching tires opposed to getting mis matching tires. Which is bull because just a few months prior I bought 4 matching tires and I was charged the same price I paid currently for mismatching tires. Went there for 2 215 70 14 they did not have them but said they had a matched pair of 225 70 14 for $70. I said OK. Drove the car 5 miles home, didn't drive for a week as I have 4 other vehicles. When I left again I could tell that a belt was broken, stopped by and they said nothing could be done as it was over 3 days. They said the tire was perfect when sold to me. They reversed the rotation of the tire and that is why the bubble did not come up when I left their shop. Very poor customer service, have bought tires there before but will never go back again and will definitely tell others to stay away.. read more

Unreal Apathy to consumer safety. Tires didn't last 5 miles. Left stranded on the way home by both faulty tires AND damaged wheels (three studs broken off front wheels; 2 Left side, 1 right side). It's possible Lugs will break on older model vehicles, but THREE?! There is no way any competent mechanic would neglect to notice that damage or at Least INFORM the customer their ride is unsafe to drive. read more

The worst used tire shop I've ever been to in my life .... DO NOT EVER GO HERE . I can not stress enough DO NOT GO HERE. They will scam you screw you over take your money and straight lie to you . Here's what happened when I went . I went there with my wife and 12 month son and asked them to fix a valve stem and and patch a screw hole on the same tire. He proceeded to try to sell me on a set of 4 tires that were matching mud terrains and would fit my truck. I originally was hesitant as I didn't trust the tires but he reassured me they were great tires. Just so everyone knows I also had to drive home which was 350 miles and almost 6 hours of drive time so with that weighing on my mind i decided to get the tires so I'd have better tires for the trip home ... or so I thought . He told me it would take 45 mins to mount and balance the 4 tires and I'd be on my way home soon . Mind you I did tell the owner of the shop I had 350miles of interstate driving so I needed a good set of tires that were safe to make it home because I had precious cargo(our 12 month son) . This info did not keep him from clearly taking advantage of us and putting us at a safety risk that almost kept us from even making it home that night. So we took a 1hr and 15 minute walk with our son to the closest park and back and when we got back 30 minutes later then when they said they would be done they only had 2 tires on the truck . It took them over 2-1/2 hours to get the tires on my truck but trust me that's far from the worst of what they did to my family and I. Finally after over 2 hours of waiting they rolled the fourth tire over to put it on my truck wait a sec that tires not the same as the rest !!!!! I pointed this out to the tech and the owner came out to deal with me . Now just so you know I talked to the owner on the phone during our walk and the owner reassured me on the tires again he said one of the 4 tires we were going to sell you had whole in the side wall but don't worry we had another exactly the same brand and everything were putting on instead . I said ok great as long as it's exactly the same I'm ok with it . Well it was not the same brand or even a mud terrain for that it was a completely different tire and at this point they had already thrown away my tires I previously had so I was screwed and stuck with whatever they gave me . O wait trust me it still gets much worse . After going back and forth with him and realizing he didn't have any more tires that would fit my truck I was just basically stuck with what's there . To say the least I was no where near happy about this but in interest of getting my family and i back on the road so we could make it home I went with it .... so he quoted me 250 then when I went to pay he charged 273$ on my card the up charge was just because I didn't have cash on me and he didn't even for warn me of the price difference he just did it . It still gets worse I drove the truck away after getting royally f*^%#{@ waiting 3 times longer than he said paid more than he quoted and didn't even get tires I was promised I only got 3 and a mismatching tire. When I drove truck the balancing on it was so horrible it was shaking drinks out of my cup holder on my f-250 we got fed up after a little while of driving then turned around to make them fix the problem and the shop was closed and not a sole on site . Needless to say I had to drive over 350 miles with my Truck nearly being shaken apart and that's saying something because my truck weighs 8,000 lbs so it takes some seriously crappy tires to rattle a heavy vehicle that bad. I have a dispute with my bank going and I will be suing them for multiple things as my truck shook so much and violently on the way home I had multiple new leaks to deal with when I parked it . Also on top of all that one of the four tires he so readily assured me of was flat by the time I got home it got down to less than 10 psi and I didn't even know much lower and I could've had a blow out on the interstate and be stranded in the middle of the night with my family . So if you read all of this I can not stress enough never I repeat never go to this shop as they will lie to you to make a sale and do anything they can to screw you if it means making a profit for themselves. This is by far the worst tires shop I've ever been to in my 20 years of driving if I could I would have the shop shut down indefinitely just to save good people from getting into the position that this tire depot put my family in. This business made a mistake and ordered the wrong tires , and put them on before showing me . Also had me pay prior to knowing wrong tires. They then lied and said tires I wanted were discontinued . I only had two tires changed so it was a problem especially since I found out the circumference of tires are different . tire depot told me its 100% safe but a certified mechanic said it is not safe . We told them and the owner said his hands are tied because he can't return or resell the tires he put on my car, lol but they sell used tires. even after I told him what they did is dangerous . I took my vehicle for repairs. I paid to have the front bearings wheels replaced. When I picked up the vehicle I notice that the ABS light on the dash board was on. When I called I was told to run the car that it will go off. After 2 days the ABS lights did not turn off. I took the car back and I was told that I had purchased the wrong parts since I brought in the parts and that he (the owner or manager) would purchased the correct parts and charge me another $200.00 for a second repair. All this happen in February of 2016. In May of 2016 I took my vehicle to another mechanic and for my surprise he informed that the parts that I had purchased was not the problem, it was that in the first shop they put the parts incorrectly. This manager or owner lied to me and also put me at a dangerous risk since this shop did not do the correct repair. Be careful with this shop. read more
