I had not been in here in many years. I'm glad that I called to get my headlights replaced. Even though only one was out I thought it was better to do them in pairs. Very friendly on the phone and Patrick got me in immediately. The customer service advisor Taryn was very friendly as were all of the staff while I was waiting with other customers. I talk a lot, makes the time go by faster. Didn't need a whole lot of time because they did it quick. The mechanic Michael did a great job and even put a tiedown on my hood because it needed it so wouldn't go flying off!! The price was very reasonable!! I will be back again. Oil change and tire rotation. Good prices and good service. An appointment is helpful in narrowing down a time your vehicle will be ready, but they do have a same day drop-off option if you dont need your car right away. They are busy most of the time, but experience always been a pleasant one, and their mechanics are very knowledgeable and kept up to date on all the new models. read more

Meet Patrick W, the front man and he was truthful, helpful and all around great man/employee. Randy B, funny, great salesman's but provided the reason why behind the purchase. Brian R, the labor man good quality tech, asked me a few things before completing the work and these guys are what I've always wanted in a service place. I was advised the owner or top general manager was in the place, didn't know it they were casually dressed and just made sure the waiting room was in tact and the customers were greeted. Horrible people work here. The manager Spencer is a liar. He was very nice on the phone and told us to bring our car right over since we had a flat. when we got there they refused to help us. the staff was extremely rude. They denied they told us they could fix it because it was too close to closing. i kept telling them to talk to Spencer. they refused. I was truly upset because I thought Spencer was so kind in the phone, and we drove right over, to get treated so badly when we arrived. And because they wasted our time, i thought it was too late to go elsewhere. Luckily we went to Walmart, and thanks to Spencer we didn't get there until 15 minutes to closing, and they said no problem they would look at it. The tire couldn't be repaired and the tech stayed after closing to put on a new tire. everyone at Walmart couldn't have been nicer! read more

I lease a new car every three years. The dealer is not easy to get to. I've had some small issues in recent years that aren't worth a trip back to the dealer. Last week my left headlight stopped working, so I took it to Goodyear. It was a dirty connector and they had me on the road in thirty minutes. And"NO CHARGE!" This is not the first time they've done this. I did give them enough to buy lunch. I will always do business with them. They are the best and can handle anything! Thank you, guys! read more

My car needed wheel bearings. Got quoted after explaining that issue was front of vehicle. Later with car at shop, was advised it almost 300 higher. Service was horrible and then had nerve to call and ask how service was. Was this sarcasm? Worst place to go! read more

Went there yesterday because unfortunately I noticed a nail in my tire and was greeted by Patrick, the service advisor. He was very nice and was able to plug it, and it was free of charge. Made an appointment yesterday for 9:00 am today to check a tire that is losing air, and they called me at 8:15 this morning to tell me they are all booked up. Just trying to figure out how it's all booked up when I made an appointment. Their reason was because their system doesn't register incoming appointments. Well Goodyear it probably should for these exact reasons. I have to be at work today so thanks for that. read more

Customer service was terrible! They gave me a dirty look instead of greeting me when I walked in. I was overcharged and lied to. They did not fix my flat tire the first time, I had to return again the next day and the guy did not even want to give me a refund. They work very slow and dirty. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else. DO NOT waste your time going here! read more

Have been here several times since moving to the area 3yrs ago. Most have been for tire repair as I am a life long mechanic and do most other things myself. I believe in helping the local shops. Every time I have gone in there I have had to buy a tire. After taking the wife's car for a tire repair they told me they could not find a problem. Next day tire monitor was on, again. Told them to just replace the good tire and be done with it. Next day again with the tire monitor. Took it back and was told was dirt on the rim bead. Should have been cleaned the first time with the old tire. Saturday my son took his car in for a flat repair and I figured he would have to buy the tire as it had a plug in it already. They actually said they could fix it first then changed their story, and said needs a tire and couldn't get it till Monday. When he went back today to pick up his tire they said they were able to fix it after all. What is really going on???? Will definitely not be going back again. read more

Have been there three times attempting to just get an oil change. Same older man at counter, RUDE every time. They never want to wait on you or make the time for your service. Other GOODYEAR TIRES (corporate) put the oil changes for people willing to wait, first in line. Worth the drive to Odessa GOODYEAR on 54 just to work with nice people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

took more than 2 hours to get an oil change and that was with an appointment. although the gentleman at the counter was nice, he didn't tell me they were shorthanded or they were running behind until I began watching through the open bay doors. at that point 2 hours had already passed!! will not return or recommend. read more

We were traveling from Clearwater FL to Memphis TN and had a blow out on one of our tires. Using Yelp, we found this Goodyear and I have to say that they made the whole flat tire experience super easy. We pulled in and within 30 minutes we were back on our way. Their bathrooms were spotless (which was important to us because our 4 YO granddaughter was traveling with us). The men at Goodyear recommended the restaurant next door (Jam's) so we walked over there for a quick brunch and by the time we were done with brunch, our car was ready and waiting. My husband told the men not to worry about putting the spare back in the trunk because the trunk was loaded with all our luggage and when we got back, they had taken out our luggage, stored the spare and put everything back in. They truly made the whole experience so much more pleasant with their level of professionalism and kindness. Our next set of tires may just come from Goodyear instead of Michelin. We highly recommend this business. read more
