Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Rather than have me send photos, he came here and we went over everything I wanted done. No other company I contacted during my search offered to do this, but Rey did when I first spoke to him. Rey and Dharlynz were courteous and totally focused on their job. Rey was the person on his knees in the kitchen scrubbing off years of old wax. They scoured and cleaned my kitchen from the ceiling to the floor. This included washing inside and outside (glass) of my cupboards and then relined them. All my shelves were washed. Old wax was removed from both kitchen and bathroom floors. They even washed the glass on the overhead lights. My kitchen hasn't been this clean in years!! I will never hire any other company. He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. He clearly laid out what would be included in the service and what would not (for example, no garage and no backyard). Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. They charge extra for cleaning the oven, refrigerator and microwave. They did clean them well enough but when I went to use the oven, I'm chocking from the fumes, because it was not rinsed thoroughly. The bathroom light fixture was not dusted neither was the bathroom door, even had a dust bunny I purposely left there. Behind the door of my bedroom the molding is full of dust, you can see it on the pictures I've posted here. NEVER AGAIN!!
