Unfortunately my experience with Onsite Wireless was not a good one. Customer Service is not a priority and the work from the tech that "fixed" my phone was not good. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and before I went to Onsite it was in great working condition, but it had a small crack that I wanted to get fixed. When I went to pick up my phone she told me that the home button no longer worked and that it "happens sometimes." I was not told that this could happen and if I had I might have reconsidered getting it fixed. I reached out to the owner to see if there was anything that could be done and he told me that he might be able to work on it and to meet him back at the store the next day. I showed up the next day at the time he told me and he was not there, so I texted him and called him and left a message. I got no response after multiple texts/calls over several days, so I took my phone somewhere else. read more

Absolute worst fucking experience. The very first time my phone was repaired Mike was very helpful maybe because I was spending $215 I don't know but everything went smoothly. A few months later I needed my phone repaired again and sent it back to them as I had paid for the insurance. Cost me $100 was able to mail it in and have it mailed back but getting in contact with them was much more difficult and took 2 weeks. Did not have the phone a week before the screen went out while I was on a call. Did not drop it or anything LCD just blackened on me. Mike informed me to send it back and he would take care of it free of charge. My phone has again been gone 2 weeks and communication this far has been pretty much non-existent. every time I've called I get their voicemail on both numbers that I have for them. I was informed on Monday Jan. 8, 2018 still hadn't received the phone. tried getting tracking info and no one would answer finally got mike to text me and he says he's outta the office and in Lubbock smh. Says his guy just sent him my tracking info and he forwards it to me. so I look it up and see the phone was actually mailed out on Jan. 11, 2018 and would be here on Jan 13, 2018 fine at least I know it's on the way. Well wouldn't you know something went wrong. I check the tracking today at 3pm and see that the package is was undeliverable due to an issue with the address. Fucking insane because if you would've answered your fucking phones or anything you could've called me or something to verify the address before mailing the package but nope now my S7 is in USPS fucking limbo. I'm beyond upset this is ridiculous and I will be sharing this experience with anyone who will listen. Use these guys at your own discretion but remember this. They don't seem to care too much about building lasting relationships with their customers. At this point I just want my phone. I will screenshot every freaking text, phone call and email as soon as I can and attach it to this post. Will definitely find someone else to go to even if they're not as good quality I'll take anyone with decent customer service over these guys. read more

I called today to inquire about a screen replacement for my iPhone Xs Max. The girl that answered the phone was beyond RUDE. First, she did not know how to listen. I told her what model phone I had and she told me that I was telling her two different phones. After she quoted me a price, I told her that I would have to think about it because it wasn't any less expensive than other places I have called. She then started telling me that it cost so much because they just started doing the repairs on this model and the parts cost so much, blah, blah, blah. I even bought "deals" on Groupon and those cell repair companies have waiting lists for days, keep your phone for hours just to do a horrendous job on the repair. This company stands behind their work and their word. They replaced my screen a few month ago. I also paid extra $10 for the screen protector that also came with 50% off replacement warranty. I ended up cracking my screen again. I reached out to the company to see if they would honor the warranty. They did, no questions asked. Not only that they informed me that the price for the screen dropped by 10 bucks so my replacement would be 50% of the cheaper price. That type of integrity is rare and refreshing to see. I also need to mention that the company communicates great. The owner responds promptly. The technician is punctual and communicates very well. I've used Mike and Onsite Wireless for all of my phone repairs on all my company cell phones for several years now. We have never had a problem until recently. Back in October of 2017 we had someone come out to our office to fix a phone that had issues with the screen and once they looked at the phone they determined it needed something else and would need to take it back to the store to fix it. 2 weeks had gone by without any contact. We finally reached out to them and they told us nothing could be done and they would mail it back to us. Another 2 weeks goes by and we still did not have the phone. We called AGAIN and they said it was being sent out in the mail that day. One more week goes by without seeing the phone and yet AGAIN we reached out with the same response of "it's being mailed today." After 2 MONTHS of being told it was being mailed, my employee had to go to the store to pick it up. 2nd instance. We had a different employee come to our office to fix another screen problem that was not responding. He fixed the screen and then the screen started going black. We called to ask them to fix it or to have them look at it and the response we received was, "the person who does that is out on vacation until tomorrow." We accepted and waited for another 2 days before trying again. Nothing. Several emails, texts, and phone calls were sent with the only response being, "He will call you today." and yet we wouldn't receive a text, email or phone call. This went on for about 3 weeks before we finally just gave up. We have given this company a lot of our business and as a customer I am highly disappointed as to how we have been treated. read more

I found this site on google and it has great reviews. My experience has been nothing but scary. I emailed the company and got a very fast response, over emails he determined the battery was bad. They issued an invoice and I paid. There is where the story goes south. I sent my I pad in on September the 11 with ups saying delivery by September 13. On September 15 I get email from ups saying not delivered. I contact company on the 19th. On the 19th they respond wanting tracking number. On the 21 I call and speak to a women who says she will check and call me the next day. That was the last contact I have had with this company no one will respond to the 5 emails I have sent. It was delivered to them finally on September 26. Today is October the 8 and I will call again tomorrow and see where my I pad is. Unfortunately this will end up being a month long ordeal. If only I could rate this 0 star's but can't. When my iPhone 6 dropped I searched everywhere to find the best deal, then i found this place on here. After a day later of his reply "just for the price" a week after we set up an appointment. We went to Starbucks try to get it fix but the screen he gave me din't accept my touch ID witch then gave me my current screen then apologize that he had a defected screen and that he wasted my time he said. I said no problem do you know when your going to get more screen he said like in 3 days. 3 days later no reply then I text him did not get a reply later until the week after I send the text, saying the parts were delay. But at the end we did meet up and we meet in the same place again but it was crowded inside we did it in his car everything worked fine.., until i went to my car I saw my phone the screen wasn't on all the way and when I touched my phone it may a slight cracked told him (Again Late reply) He then told me to take a picture witch i did, also noticed my home button wasn't on all the way and when it was dark in my room i needed my flashlight so i turn it on i could see the light of my phone shining threw the crack. Currently still waiting for the reply while my phone is not even working due to lack of replacement! Don't go to him for you phone!!! I know their a good review but you shouldn't jinx your self of him doing that to you. read more
