He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. This sermed like a recipe for disaster.

I had this procedure done around 5 years ago and they were so nice and gave outstanding customer service and they made the repair for free. I wrote a positive Google Review. I went in there during the Covid pandemic (remember 2024?) and they hooked me up and did a fantastic job. They charged me ten dollars for the service. Although I was sort of put out by them charging me, I had to think that it was during the pandemic and ALL of the businesses were suffering. Thus, I felt like that was a decent price for the service. Fast forward to yesterday and a very unmotivated lady came out from the back and asked me what I needed. I told her that there is probably lint in my phone cord and could they repair it. She started by saying that it would cost $39.00 just to see the phone and give a diagnosis. But, it would be $39.00 and that additional charges could accrue depending on what service needs to be done. I told her that it should be a simple fix. I also told her about my previous experiences at this location. She simply shrugged her shoulders and stated, "New owners". My son's iPad mini also had a frozen screen and would not reset or restore after I attempted several times to restore it back to factory settings. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
