Come 'on, dude. Seriously? When I finally inquired with their office about Dan's lack of professionalism, I get told he tried to call me and I didn't have a voicemail setup. Bull crap and untrue. I had a voicemail setup. Why lie? Go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. They are unprofessional, not trustworthy, and unreliable. I should have realized how bad this experience was going to be after initially dealing with Dan in the first place.

Update: the service manager reached out to me about the situation. He agreed that the process that…read morewas followed through by them was not how it was supposed to happen. I was fully refunded. Updating to a 3 star given that they made it right even though the service was still undesirable. My air was blowing warmer than normal so I gave these guys a call. Adam came out to service the unit and determined the refrigerant was low. I asked him about the leak and he responded by telling me that loading it with refrigerant should hold us over. He charged $370 for the visit and refrigerant fill. Two days later he came back due to the refrigerant already being gone. He finally did a leak detection and determined it was the indoor unit A Coil. He tried charging me another $220 for another visit. I refused to pay the additional $220 due to absolutely nothing being resolved other than determining the leak which has now cost me $590. The cost for the second service fee and all the refrigerant he charged me could have been saved had he done a leak detection to start during the original service call. He agreed I shouldn't have to pay for the second service call but still wasn't happy. He said he would look into a quote for installing a new coil before he left my residence. I get a text the next morning that service has been cancelled. This company tries to absorb as much money from the customer as possible without doing any meaningful work. I won't use them again.
