We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. Our experience was great. Now we're set for whatever inferno this summer has in store for us. Highly recommended!

The tech came out and accidentally broke my disconnect so he said he would "put in a ticket" to have someone come out to repair it. The scheduling lady called me a few days later and scheduled a tech to come out to the house and the tech came and replaced the disconnect and left. I then received via email a $175 bill. I called and left a voicemail to inquire with no response the next morning then called again the next day and was told "Tom Jr" would handle but was not there and would call me back to discuss. By this time I decided to have my husband handle this. Tom Jr stated he was charging us $175 for what his technician came out and broke! At no time we're we given a quote for the work or knew what the cost of repair would be - since Steele damaged our property we thought they would do the right thing and repair what they damaged - NOPE - Tom Jr (Steele) called it a "miscommunication" and argued to no end. This was shady dealings and not the way to run a stand up business. In the end, my husband had to fight for what was right and Tom Jr said to "throw out the bill" and hung up on my husband. If you are looking for Customer Service from a Heating and Cooling Business, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Once you spend your money on a full heating and cooling package like we did, they're done with you.

I used the project quote function on Yelp to snag some pricing and info from local plumbers. In chatting with Al over yelp, he had me send some pictures and gave me a general idea of pricing. Unfortunately for me, my setup is non-compliant with current code specs. Fortunately for me, Al was able to come check it out in person the next day. He was then able to get back to me and upgrade my system, install a new water heater, and take the old one out... all within 72 hours of my original request. Some of the larger companies in the area were a week or more out before even willing to come give me an estimate. Can't say enough positive things about Breyer's. From start to finish it was a friendly, professional, and well done project. If i need a plumber in the future, they'll be my first call.

My furnace fan died after 18 years. Initially, I tried another company. They came out and said it…read moreis either the motor or the board. I thought they should be able to diagnose better than a guess. I called Crain and they were out to the house the next day. They plugged in a tester and informed me that it was the motor control module that was bad. The cost to repair was $1200.00 and the system was 18 years old. I elected to have a complete system (furnace and AC) installed. Crain was there the next day and did a complete install in one day. There was some miscommunication about Lennox financing but that issue falls to Lennox rather than Crain. Workers were prompt and courteous. They covered my basement carpet with a tarp and even covered my wood flooring steps with a tarp trying to be overly cautious of my home. I thought the tarp on the steps was dangerous for them but that's what they did. I don't believe the cost of the system was out of line. Prompt service, good pricing, courteous workers, steps taken to protect my home, and the install went smoothly. Not sure what more you could ask for. There is always someone who will find fault with some minuscule detail but they did a good job for me. The most important question, Would I recommend this company to you. Answer, Yes. I was pleased with their service and would like to use them in the future.

They kept everything clean, covered all walkways with tarp. The duct work was also neater, Compared to my old one. They added a Ptrap for easy cleaning. The unit itself runs great, house feels more comfortable. Much Even temperature across the levels. The crew was very efficient. They did have a hiccup. But they came back and fixed the following day. They did not even take payment before I am happy. They were not the cheapest. But their quote was much better than most other companies in the area. I called them at 2300 on 11/20/2024 for emergency service as my Furnace was not igniting. The answering service told me that the on call service tech would call me back the first chance that he got. Here is it 1000 the next day and we still have not received a call back. This is the second year in a row that this company has done this to my family. Last year it was the same situation, late night furnace didn't work properly, I made 4 calls through the night promised each time that they would call back, at 0400 I got tired of being cold and not getting a call back, left a bad google review and within minutes of posting that review they called me telling me that they don't offer 24 hour service to non customers. I explained to them that they installed and have been servicing our furnace for years. The lady told me that had I given them my husbands information they would have called back. That was a lie, because this year I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them again, gave them my husbands information and still almost 12 hours later not a single call back.
