We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. Our experience was great. Now we're set for whatever inferno this summer has in store for us. Highly recommended!

I thought they should be able to diagnose better than a guess. I called Crain and they were out to the house the next day. They plugged in a tester and informed me that it was the motor control module that was bad. The cost to repair was $1200.00 and the system was 18 years old. I elected to have a complete system (furnace and AC) installed. Crain was there the next day and did a complete install in one day. There was some miscommunication about Lennox financing but that issue falls to Lennox rather than Crain. Workers were prompt and courteous. They covered my basement carpet with a tarp and even covered my wood flooring steps with a tarp trying to be overly cautious of my home. I thought the tarp on the steps was dangerous for them but that's what they did. I don't believe the cost of the system was out of line. Prompt service, good pricing, courteous workers, steps taken to protect my home, and the install went smoothly. Not sure what more you could ask for. There is always someone who will find fault with some minuscule detail but they did a good job for me. The most important question, Would I recommend this company to you. Answer, Yes. I was pleased with their service and would like to use them in the future.

I called them at 2300 on 11/20/2024 for emergency service as my Furnace was not igniting. The answering service told me that the on call service tech would call me back the first chance that he got. Here is it 1000 the next day and we still have not received a call back. This is the second year in a row that this company has done this to my family. Last year it was the same situation, late night furnace didn't work properly, I made 4 calls through the night promised each time that they would call back, at 0400 I got tired of being cold and not getting a call back, left a bad google review and within minutes of posting that review they called me telling me that they don't offer 24 hour service to non customers. I explained to them that they installed and have been servicing our furnace for years. The lady told me that had I given them my husbands information they would have called back. That was a lie, because this year I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them again, gave them my husbands information and still almost 12 hours later not a single call back.
