Located in downtown Upland, this event's hub is the gazebo, where they usually have a band or dj playing music for the attendees to enjoy. Every year, I try to go 1 or 2 times, just to support my hometown. The last couple of years, it seems like there have been fewer and fewer vendors, which is a shame. I've noticed that the event seems to attract a large number of teenagers that want to use it as a chance to hang out, which personally is a dis-incentive for me to go. When I do go, I make it a point to get the bacon-wrapped hot dogs, corn salsa salad from Margie's Shuck Wagon, tri-tip sandwiches, and funnel cake. I'm a glutton. I can't help it. Leave me alone.

All of the fruit and produce stands sold roughly the same items so there wasn't that much variety. A few egg vendors. Regarding food, we tried an acai bowl ($13 large) from the sugar cane spot, fried fish taco ($6) from Ensanada, and a beef tamale ($5). Overall decent food for a farmer's market. The performer was THE HIGHLIGHT. I would come back just to see her sing again. I don't know if she is here weekly but her voice was so soothing and brought good vibes. Great song choices. I came in on a weekday so it was chill and relaxed and not too busy at all. The folks here were very friendly and helpful. They were running a special I felt like I couldn't pass up even though it meant a lot more eggs than I can eat in a reasonable amount of time. $15 for 100 large brown eggs! I ended up giving a lot away to some friends so they didn't go to waste, but such a great deal. Their regular prices are more than reasonable as well, but depending on where you're coming from, you just have to make the drive out there.

7/23/26 Well, grand opening day was finally here! I was able to get here at 630 am in line for the…read more8 am opening. The owners Jason and Gloria are so sweet! Congrats to them for the grand opening! Prayers for Henry and sweet dedication to him! They had some vendors here like Pepsi, Bimbo, Eternal, C4, Landmark Roasters who gave away food and drink items and a DJ for music entertainment! If you were signed up on the Grocery Outlet app they gave you a $5 on app discount! So, 8 am hit and we were heading inside! Upon entry, the owners were giving out I believe $5 gift cards to the first 100 people! So now I was able to combine and use $10 off combined on my 2 discounts! There I went on my mini shopping spree. The store being new was nice and clean outside and inside. On my shopping journey I was able to find all the items on my list that I came for! The items I got included...Arizona 99 cent assorted teas, shredded lettuce, Gatorades, Cheez Its, Skippy Peanut Butter, Mustard, Aluminum foils, strawberries and blueberries! My total bill was only $18.90! I couldn't believe it! Many items seem to be such great priced! I actually live closer to the Upland one only a couple minutes away, but I was glad I came and supported this brand new store! This will definitely get me to going to that store more often even closer to my house. At 10 AM, they had the different elected officials, giving the certificates out to Jason and Gloria the owners and then the ribbon cutting came! It's always really cool to see this for any business! This was a wonderful and successful morning and I pray and wish for continued success for Jason and Gloria for Grocery Outlet Bargain Market Ontario Ranch from here on forward!
