So there was plenty of time to work on it. I arrive to pick up my cookies that I plan are gonna be ready. The gentleman asked my name and then pulls up the order and starts to box it up. I even arrive 15 minutes after the time that I had selected. There was nobody in the store except him and another lady making cookies. Wouldn't you know it? They were also out of stock and he had to go back to the back holding cabinets and refrigerators to bring up additional cookies to restock. What is the point of selecting an order time and pick up time if you're just gonna come in and have to wait anyway? Note they want you to tip beforehand on the app. I didn't. I brought cash with me to leave a tip, but I saw this wonderful little sign here. They're not taking cash today. No cash no tip. Each business has the right to run the way they want. I will fully support that. But I also have the right not to choose to be happy with that. Not accepting cash. I know other companies are doing that major league baseball NFL I think it's wrong. I know those places have also installed reverse ATM machines to put money on cards. Anyway, if you're in a hurry and you've pre-ordered something don't plan on it being ready.
