The minor league baseball team for the Anaheim Angels, the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, took on the minor league team for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Over 80 family members and friends joined me, and we all had a BLAST!! We ate/drank, laughed, watched an entertaining baseball game, caught a couple of foul balls, took pics with the ballplayers and the team mascots, and truly enjoyed our time together. The venue is such an awesome stadium: every seat has a great view of the field, the seats are comfortable, and the restrooms and snack bars are conveniently located. Admission tickets are $15.00 per ticket, and parking is only $6.00 per vehicle. Thank you to Matthew Marquez (Quakes Group Sales Manager) for handling every single detail of our group's visit. Matt was very professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure that every single person in our group enjoyed their visit to this ballpark. I have spent the last ten birthdays here with family and friends, and this visit was the best one yet. Thank you, Rancho Cucamonga Quakes.

STINGY, GATEKEEPING STAFF! Oof, this new affiliation with the Rancho Quakes has turned for the…read moreworst. As an Angels fan I was pumped to root for the Quakes and get a "newer" venue. However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess. PS: Hey Quakes, you had all this time to revamp your merch and we're still selling Dodger blue memorabilia? What the what?! Lame.

The manager, Craig, was able to shift our reservation so the rest of our party could arrive without losing any time bowling together as a group. After we finished bowling, we decided to stay for dinner and let the kids play in the arcade. Craig was very willing to help us secure an area in the open seating so we could play games with the kids and have a home base for all 19 of us to gather and eat afterward. All in all, the staff at Big Al's was very pleasant and accommodating. Craig specifically made everything so much easier for our party, whether it was adjusting our reservation, helping us secure a table, or simply checking in throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back for future family get-togethers, purely based on the wonderful and attentive service we received.

We decided to switch to shuffleboard and that's when the issues started. We had originally ordered micheladas with modelo negra with our server, however when we started ordering from the bar, the bartender stated that they didn't have that beer. Not an issue but it just seemed weird since someone else from our group had ordered one 10 minutes before that. Then the bartender had an attitude when my friend tried to order 4 drinks for our group because apparently every single person had to be there to order their own drinks, even though we had already ordered with our server. Also not an issue but the attitude we were receiving was unwarranted. Then the real issue started. We went on with our night and they announced at 10:15 that this was last call and the last drink would be served at 10:30. We go to order a final round at 10:19 and the bartender says that last call is over. We think that's weird but finish playing our last round of shuffleboard. At 10:30 the manager announces that last call is over. My friend went to speak with the manager about the bartender lying and being rude and we were met with even more rudeness from the manager. The bartender yelled at my friend that he would meet him outside (I'm assuming to fight). Two of our other friends stayed back to try to speak with the manager and the bartender lied and said that what happened wasn't the case and that they were out of tajin (which wasn't asked for) and that we came after 10:30. Not once did the manager take anything we had said into consideration. After seeing how low the reviews for this location are in comparison to other Big Al's locations, I'm not surprised as to why. Not only do they have staff members that threaten physical violence, but they also have managers that think that behavior like that is acceptable. All in all, if you feel like you'll have a good time getting lied to, terrible service, and threatened, this is the perfect place for you. If you care about your family, I would not recommend coming here.

The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my loyalty and patience as a customer was completely disregarded.
