So I just got terminated from my job here and let me tell you, The Fontana location is the most toxic and controlling warehouse I have ever worked at. My former manager, his name is Nate. Is the most sexist manager I have ever had. What he does is he picks on new guys and he thought I could never do my job correctly and thought I was "too weak" to lift the boxes. He allows all the girls to do whatever they want and stand around while he's on us guys and having us break our backs all day long while the girls are basically getting paid for free. Then the Lead Package Handler, His name is Gabe but we call him Junior. Same thing. Has us guys break our backs all day long and allows the girls to stand around and do whatever they want. I'm pretty sure it's because they want to get laid by these girls but it doesn't surprise because they're both young. Nate is 25 and Junior is 18. I don't think they're mentally mature enough to be managers and leads especially since the only reason that Nate is a manager is because one of his bosses is his best friend and his name is David so he basically snuck him for the job as a manager. Which is pretty pathetic. Now, Don't even get me started on Charles. Charles is the operations manager here and this guy is very stickler about every single thing. He would basically find anything to get you in trouble and he walks about the warehouse looking for things to tell all the employees what they're doing wrong or to write them up for basically any little thing. Something that he would do is when they called for our break (Keep in mind, Our breaks are supposed to be 15 minutes), He would cut our breaks short by 9 minutes and go inside the break room basically forcing everyone to return to work early and if you stayed to take the entire 15 minutes, He would write you up. Which is violating state rest break laws because according to California labor laws, Employees are entitled to AT LEAST 15 minutes of rest time if working at least 3 hours. This guy looked like he had issues. He was always in a bad mood and never looked happy. If he is unhappy there, He should find a new job. Simple as that. He is an incident that involved Charles that recently happened. Back on Wednesday 5/28/25 at approximately 8:30 PM, We were short-staffed that day and basically the loading section was really behind on schedule and he forced everyone to stay and help and he told everyone that nobody is leaving until 11:00 PM, Which is ridiculous considering I had been working almost overtime that day. Then he proceeded to block the exit to the warehouse so nobody can go home. Which is absolutely atrocious. That's considered false imprisonment and he can get in serious trouble for that. If you want to work here, Go for it but I do not recommend working the evening shift. Work the morning or dayshift. The evening shift is way too toxic with managers who don't know how to do their job and picking on the news guys as well as an operations manager who had issues and only became an operations manager because the other one left and got special treatment. read more

This is a sorry delivery company. Everytime this person delivers a package he throws it like he don't give a f**k. My packages are always damaged. Tonight he threw the package over my gate. We have door bells to ring for deliveries, but apparently it's too hard to push a button. I have never had any packages missing or delayed. I lived in Fontana and never had any issues. Recently moved to MoVal, and still don't have any issues. Also, understand that the drivers for OnTrac are independent contractors! So how and what the drivers do with our packages is not an entire reflection of the company. Recently Lasership has joined forces with OnTrac so better tactics should be coming into play to better their service within the company operations and delivery operations. If you do have an issue with a package, forget calling the company, drive out to the facility before 4pm and speak to their front desk. Chances are it's not just your package needing attention and it's harder to turn you away when you're in front of their face. read more

I send them emails and they tell me nothing as to why such a long delay. Last communication they tell me it will be here on the 30th, if you believe that a total of 10 day, from it's arrival at Redlands. At this point I have communicated to Best Buy how their poor delivery service is effecting their customers. Their driver killed our dog. Yes, I understand it's our fault our dogs got loose, and we take responsibility for that. However, the driver never stopped. He dragged our dog for 10 feet while he yelped the entire time. A neighbor witnessed the incident from his porch. We have it on camera from two other neighbors, and you can hear our dog's cries as he's being dragged. Dogs are considered "property" in California, and when you damage someone's property you have a legal obligation to inform them. Our dogs ran right back into our yard after the one was hit, and the driver sped off. We tracked his vehicle as it drove down the road, thanks to cameras of several other neighbors, and he delivered a package at the end of the road, which was linked to this company. We reached ​out to the company with all the video evidence, tracking info from the package delivered, and a written statement from our neighbor who witnessed the accident. The company takes ZERO responsibility and is telling us the driver has "no recollection" of ever hitting a dog that day and have taken no disciplinary action against him. We have ample evidence, and any ethical person would not behave this way. It's truly concerning that a delivery company would back-up a reckless driver who represents them. Had he knocked on our door, our poor Oliver would not have suffered for two additional hours before we realized anything was wrong. There's also the chance he might still be alive today if he had received medical care immediately after the accident without those two critical hours passing. Was waiting on package and when I got notified it was delivered, went to look for package and no where to be found. Notified sender and they asked for me to wait a couple of days, so I did. When did not receive filed a complaint with sender but they refused to refund because On Trac said it was delivered and they got signature. Filed a complaint with On Trac and they kept repeating, shows delivered to your address and you signed. Asked them to prove it to me by showing me my signature. They could not show me, they had no proof, so their story changed. Stated recipient refused to sign. Asked,, who printed initials? Had to be driver. Driver gave my package to a random person and driver signed printed initials for my package as recipient, but he gave my package away. SMH Then they changed their story again, claiming they could not get signature due to covid restrictions. What? This company is the worst by falsifying their delivery records by their drivers signing as recipient or i can say forging persons initials. Then just handing my package to random person. As of right now, they still have not fixed their falsified record on their website, but did get refund because of the documentation I have with the emails.
