This store has some of the hardest working pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and staff. Over time, the last couple of years maybe we have watch this store and staff take on closing Walgreens patients. The lines have tripled and the faces change monthly. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy, you are working them so hard, to the point of people leaving. Staff shortages to the point of having to close due to lack of coverage or a pharmacist needed time off. You care for the medication needs, the literal health of your customers, but not your own staff. No one complains to customers or patients, but when you come from the medical field you recognize the burnout. You see the turnover in staffing. Please help this store and hire more staff. If these wonderful people have touched your life, please post. Corporate needs to hear from us. Support the staff, understand the amount of work they take on with every closure. This is a five star pharmacy, if it is falling off the five star is not the employees. Be nice to the staff. This then led to both of them needing to heat up their wax which took up more time too as the other esthetician requested some of my esthetician's wax while I awkwardly stood in the corner of the room waiting to undress. They both were very kind but it was really a let down because I was on a tight schedule today and the whole appointment took 30 minutes when it typically should take 10-15. ABOUT SERVICE: I have gotten a brazilian multiple times before at other places and have done so much research on how it is done, and the way it was being done to me was incredibly painful and caused irritation. Not only was the wax being applied while not melted enough, the esthetician was spreading the wax in all directions and lifting the stick which tugged and caused a lot of discomfort for me. She then applied a strip and pulled in all directions instead of against the grain. This caused wax to continue to stick onto my skin where she repeatedly tried to use the strip to stick and pull off wax (this caused major discomfort to me skin even after I left). After the waxing she used tweezers to get majority of the leftover hair (thankfully), but then proceeded to just put powder on my skin and said I was done. I got home with wax still sticky on my skin and discomfort when urinating and wiping even hours after the appointment. This would have been a completely different story if it was one or the other, but being late and doing an improper service really bummed me out and I hope my skin heals soon. I just really wanted good service and hope people see this and do some more research before committing!
