I went in knowing only that I wanted 6+ inches cut off and highlights. Becky asked so many questions and had so many ideas. The haircut is horrendous. Somehow, the front of my hair ended up about three inches shorter than the rest, when it all started at the same length. It will take me FOREVER to grow this out now. It's about two months later and I still hardly ever wear my hair down because it still looks awful. The only reason I give two stars is because I called back a day later and they took me back in right away to try to fix it. It couldn't really be fixed, but it was worth a shot.
