The store itself is clean and modern, and has a calm vibe that's always kept immaculately clean. I've had the privilege of esthetician, Jenna do a few facials and skin treatments for me this year. Not only is she very knowledgeable about different skin concerns, and facial products, so goes into each facial with care and intention. She goes above and beyond to make the experience feel special from start to finish. From cleaning the face, to a gentle touch extraction, applying a hydrating and calming masks, using only top of the line products. My favorite add on's are the diamond glow, derma-planing and red light. Jenna efficiently provides these add ons for the best results within the facial time. I was really excited about this location because they offer half syringes which I prefer for a more natural look. Got to my appt and Iren took me back, looked at lips and pointed out some migration that I really wasn't aware of. She has an eye for what she does and recommended she dissolve some of my old leftover filler. I was hesitant but so glad I followed her recommendation. She filled my lips first then went in with some dissolver where my old stuff was kindof sitting out of place. Even right after my treatment with all the swelling, my lips looked instantly perfect!!! Found them on Groupon and per the Groupon instructions called them to confirm availability before purchasing the Groupon. They advised they would honor the Groupon price. Ok, sure. No prob, I rather pay the business directly. They honored the Groupon price. I added an add-on to my service, which is normally priced at $20, but they charged me $30 for it. You could hear them talking about charging me $30 for it vs $20 since I was a Groupon deal (assuming it's already money lost for them). You can hear *everything* because there is no separation between "rooms". Just curtains. My fault for not saying anything in the moment... Outside of this, as alluded to, there are no rooms so there is no privacy or sense of relaxation. If you don't want to be on Groupon because you won't make $$ off of it, then take yourself off. No one is being forced to put themselves on that platform.

All Love is located in Old Town Pasadena and I parked a block away on the streets. I came in for my Sunday 3pm appointment and it was easy for me to find a parking spot. Jody was super nice and sweet and had to lay down for my facial and lash lift. I had requested for a basic facial because she's doing a $79 promo (what a steal!). She explained every step of the process and informed me what's being put on my face after her analysis of my skin. I found out that I had dry skin so she put masks/serums on my skin that hydrates my skin. They use all natural ingredients that aren't harsh for the face and I can feel my skin soaking in the masks and after the appointment, any redness I had on my skin was gone. Jody was the sweetest. She told me what to incorporate in my skincare routine in which I will after her recommendation. Also got a lash lift for the first time through her! She's been doing my lashes for years now so anything lash related, I trust her best judgment. Definitely a must try place if you like natural ingredients and I highly recommend Jody for a facial and lash lift.
