Can't recommend Annie enough! If you've been on the fence about getting electrolysis for your…read moreunwanted hair, just do it. You'll feel better. I know this because I have been blessed with a creepy stache ever since puberty, and had always wanted electrolysis but was apprehensive about it - the cost, any side effects or reactions my skin might have, etc. Annie was great about explaining the process and reassuring me that the redness from the procedure will fade within hours. She is one of the sweetest and friendliest business owners I've encountered as well, and that will also put you at ease! Allure is located in a single office suite on the lower level of a building called Midway on Greeley. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated and Annie is professional. No need to worry about botched services here. Prices are reasonable compared with other places I've seen too. Annie will make sure you get your money's worth and is an honest and generous person. She has even thrown in little bonuses for me like a tiny take-home jar of special lotion to ease the irritation after electrolysis, or a quick treatment for my acne while I was there for electrolysis. Electrolysis - especially on the upper lip - can hurt like a mother, but the topical numbing gel and soothing lotion Annie uses make it a little easier. It may look like your face is super red and irritated afterward, but not to worry. I've never had that last more than a day. And although it takes a number of sessions to get rid of all the hair, I noticed a difference after just a couple sessions.

This is a nice salon with genuine nail technicians but I have some negatives I must say. I will…read morestart with the positive. I showed the lady the picture I wanted and being new to nail etiquette I did not know the photo had a shape but it was coffin shape. She noticed this, I did not. I was dumb founded and thanked her because Hugo Nails never caught on to this. I would leave Hugo Nails with beautiful nails no doubt but something was off and that was the shape. At Hugo Nails the lady gave me square shape 2 different times even when the pictures I showed were clearly coffin (as I know now). I also will say their prices are fabulous! Only $15 for a fill *regular polish, love it! Okay so for the negatives.. it took the Luxury Nails nail technician an hour and a half to give me a fill.. yes I lost one nail and yes she needed to reshape my nails from square to coffin but an hour and half, come on. Another bad thing here is that she filed my pinky nail so harshly it bleed and was an open wound for a good few days after. Finally I left here being told my nails were plenty dry, nope! As you may see in the picture I left with one already chipped as I got in my car and the next one chipped 5 min later at the gas station. Ridiculous! Though I will continue to come back because they were nice and priced cheap.

Very disappointing experience. I had three different techs working on my nails, and the whole time…read morethey were mostly talking to each other instead of communicating with me. I felt ignored, had to move chairs multiple times, and it seemed like they weren't even prepared for my appointment. They only did one layer of acrylic and my nails started chipping almost immediately. I also tried to leave a cash tip (like I saw other customers do) and they wouldn't allow it. I called afterward and was told to come back in, but I could hear them saying 'she was just in here,' so I didn't feel comfortable returning.

Jocelyn and Corrine are so sweet and knowledgeable! I love this med spa! Amazing deals tooread more

I'll try to make this as short as possible. I bought a syringe of lip filler. At my first…read moreappointment I wanted to use the entire syringe but was told she suggested to use conservatively and that it was good until September. January I made an appointment to use to remaining filler and after consulting with Corrine and verifying the expiration date decided to wait until Spring. I made an appointment in April and when I arrived the technician did not do injectables. I verified when the expiration was and was told again September. For all of these appointments I drive 20 minutes each way to not be serviced. On August 22 I made an appointment online for August 30th. This time I called to verify that the appointment time and provider was correct so that I could be serviced. After all this was the 3rd time I had tried to use the remaining half syringe. I received a call back stating it expired that previous Friday August 19th. I made several attempts to use the service I purchased within the time frame they provided me. Each time I asked I was told it expired September. So I ultimately paid over $600 for half a syringe of filler. I had communication via email with Corrine. I asked if I could please be in contact with Jocelyn. Corrine said she and Jocelyn would be calling me the following week during a specific day and certain timeframe. The reason I asked to speak to Jocelyn was because the first time I received injections at her Spa I had a bump/ bubble of filler protruding from lip from improper injecting. My next appointment she asked why I didn't call the office. I said I didn't want to be a pain and figured it would go away. She proceeded to tell me that she insisted I call if I ever have problems again. I made sure to make myself available during my workday and never received a call from Jocelyn or anybody. I ended up finding another medspa closer to home and was refreshing to find prices much much more affordable and a higher quality of care.

Went in for a last-minute appointment scheduled for 10 AM. all that I wanted was a trim on my ends…read moreand my bangs.... just a touch up. I was going to be taking the place of a client who had last-minute canceled on a stylist named Heidi. The consultation time with her was very short. She asked very minimal questions, but I was told by the lady at the front desk that she was "very good" so I trusted her. However, I was wrong to do so. The overall experience at the salon was pretty pleasant. She made good conversation with me and I was provided with water. I walked out of the salon pretty happy with my results. I thought that my bangs were a little bit short, but I didn't mind that much since that happens almost every time I go in to get a touch up knot my bangs. mind u i barely have bangs they are basically long curtain bangs that i like to have because i wear my hair up a lot and i like the look. anyway, day goes by I have a headband in because I was doing chores all day. I come home take my headband off and am shocked. I was left with choppy, uneven, way too short bangs. I am not sure how she was able to style them so I couldn't tell when I left the salon, but it's safe to say I will be stuck wearing that very same headband until these grow out to a reasonable length so that I can fix them and they won't be too short. Safe to say this is one of the worst touchups I have ever had and that I will forever be scared to go back into any salon and ask them to touch my bangs ever again. I'm sad to leave, I don't like doing this. This place was recommended by my mom, she saw a different stylist who wasn't available this day , not sure if it would've been a better decision to wait the next day she would be in work or if I should've never came into the salon at all. I was hoping this would be a much better experience, considering their prices are very reasonable and it was a pretty quick cut. But sadly, I have learned my lesson and will probably stick to cutting my own hair despite being FAR from a professional.

Alexis is amazing. She did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair. Love the cut and the color…read more Won't go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
