Savannah rinsed it out right away and said I was done. She did not condition my hair afterwards. I told her I had a very long layer that I would like cleaned up. She made the layer extremely short. The entire haircut is uneven and it straight up just looks horrible. Whatever you do, just go anywhere else. She completely ruined my hair. If I could give her no stars. I would. They were not busy at all. But I was asked to come back at a later time. Another red flag was that she didn't show me my hair after she cut it. She just went right ahead and styled it. My family has been going there for everything from haircuts to colorings for years now, without issue. The staff there are very friendly and competent. Especially Teri the owner, who takes her craft very seriously (the wall full of Redken certifications speak for themselves). She goes out of her way to make sure every customer is satisfied when they walk out the door.
