When I walked into Goldkost I was greeted by the most amazing group of individuals. I asked about custom jewelry as my husband had made me a ring and we were looking to add some flair to it. The ring is my most precious material item and I needed it to be well taken care of. The designer/jeweler/owner/most extraordinary gentleman aka Gene came from the back room and not only provided me with designs and options for my ring, he answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and assured me my ring was in good hands. None of the other places I visited gave me options or could answer my simplest questions without making me feel inferior or just flat out didn't answer them. I am beyond thankful for the team at Goldkost for being far superior from start to finish with this process (Which only took a few days to complete)!!! In a world where customer service has seem to gone to the wayside it has been such a breath of fresh air working with Goldkost! I am in love with my "new" ring and it is one of a kind! There were 2 employees in the small space and I was the only customer. I was literally ignored for like 3 mins. How hard is it to say "be right with you" or even "hello". It made it very awkward. Also it took way too long for the watch. I had time to look around and the jewelry is fine but ridiculously expensive for the mid level brands they carry. I guess I wasn't dressed right to get attention in this place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

This little shop is located right next-door to Macy's on the second floor in the Arrowhead Town Center Indoor mall. A few days ago, I noticed my watch stopped so I went back in to get a new battery. I couldn't remember, but I thought I had received a warranty on my battery when I purchased it in 2023. My service rep was extremely friendly and polite. She asked what my phone number was and found my account. She said my warranty was up in 2028 and she'd have my watch with a new battery ready for me in 15 minutes. I shopped around the mall staying in the area and received a text in 15 minutes that my order was ready. I returned and she handed me my watch and a receipt with $0 charge. Great all-around experience here and I will definitely be returning. I love honest and organized businesses. No haggle and very convenient and easy for the customer. Another touch I love about this place is they clean up your watches and jewelry and also set them to the correct time and date.
